Welcome to this charming brand new home in Maricopa. This lovely vacation rental is perfect for guests looking for a delightful and welcoming stay. The home has been fully upgraded and customized. It comes with 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. In the additional living room space, you'll find 2 cozy queen size memory foam trifold bed. Our place is equipped with all the essentials you need, including AC, an iron, a washer and dryer, a fully landscaped backyard with games, and WiFi. We think our place will help you experience everything Maricopa has to offer.

This rental includes access to the entire home, except the separate NextGen Guest Suite which has its own private entrance on the side of the home. You can see a photo of the floorplan in the photos.

Our host was very easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any concerns. The house was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The living room tv presented problems at times. We finally started casting to the tv from our iPads. The patio and yard area were wonderful especially with coffee in the morning and watching the beautiful sunsets!

My friends and enjoyed a 3 night stay at this lovely home... We were gone during the day but enjoyed evenings relaxing. The perfectly manicured backyard was peaceful and quiet.
