Updated property and convenient location

Quick stay but great. Kids loved the park next door and the game of Skeech! Beds were comfy, easy check in and check out. Great communication with host. Only small downfall is it could have been more thoroughly cleaned but nothing that would cause me concern. Next time I’m in town, I’ll book it again.

Nicely done renovation in Old Town

Nicely done reno in Old Town Loveland with central AC. Quiet neighborhood with small well maintained park across the street. Fenced back yard. You'll see neighborhood residents out walking their dogs. Property as pictured. We'll stay again when in Loveland.

We stayed here for 4 weeks, so really had time to get a feel for the home. Great communication with the host, who is personable and quick to respond to any questions. She had grilling utensils delivered when we couldn’t find any, and brought over some cooking items we needed. The kitchen has what you need to prepare basic meals (when you’re not going out to the fabulous restaurants nearby!) but could benefit from a few more spices and some cooking oil. Coffee and creamer are provided! The refrigerator doesn’t have an ice maker (although we saw a box with one in the cabinet that may be installed soon) but it is super easy to just get some bags of ice to put in the freezer. It was so hot in Loveland while we were there that we didn’t use the hot tub, but I’m sure it’s fabulous in cooler weather. The backyard is nice to hang out in as well. Beds are so comfortable, and the showers and fluffy towels are great! Overall great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again when in Loveland!
