Beautiful grounds but...

Slightly disappointed with our unit itself. Loved the development, location, gounds ammenities and staff. Parking was challenging, at times had to park a couple buildings down. Not happy with house cleaning as we did not have any even though we stayed 4 days. (I do understand it was stated that there wouldnt be daily) No extra garbage bags, brooms, cleaning supplies to even clean up daily ourselves. Requested once and did not receive. The unit itself needs some attention, stained sheets, no extra sheets/blankets, dirty worn couches, missing bathroom hardware, dirty walls, all windows and mirrors were filthy and streaked upon arrival. We loved OceanPointe and would consider staying agian since we frequent the keys often, however hoping for a better kept unit.

While housekeeping services aren’t provided daily, you absolutely should have received the basic items you requested, and we apologize that this was not addressed during your stay.
