Property Description

This beautiful home in Pinewood Country Estates is perfect for a large family, or even two families traveling together. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and over 2,200 square feet of space, there’s enough space for everyone. There are tall, vaulted ceilings that make the rooms seem grand and spacious. The living room is no exception. It has two comfortable sofas, a TV, and huge windows that let sunlight pour into the room. The fully-equipped kitchen is large and has plenty of countertop space and modern appliances. This is the kind of kitchen that makes cooking so enjoyable. There is also a dining area with seating for up to 6. But forget about everything we just went over for a second. There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, garden tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has another queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds in the Mickey-themed room. And the fifth bedroom has 2 single beds. The best feature of this villa is the pool and spa. The pool area faces West, meaning you get to enjoy sunset views nightly. The pool area also has no rear neighbors, which means you have beautiful conservation views. Need to cool off from the Florida sunshine? Take a dip in the large pool and spa.


Community Description

Pinewood Country Estates is a deed restricted, quiet community of 85 homes in Northeast Polk County Florida. The estates are a mixture of family homes, winter homes, vacation homes, and rentals that were constructed in three phases from 1994 through 1999. It’s just a 15-minute drive to Disney and a 30-minute drive to Sea World and Universal Studios.
