We stayed a couple of days to visit our son who lives in the area. This wonderful home was a perfect place to hang out as a family. Quiet neighborhood, great hot tub, and the rooms were comfortable and inviting.

This house was excellent and has a very well stocked kitchen (we like to cook)!!! It is very clean and updated. The only thing we would have liked was for it to be closer to the beach but it was a wonderful place to stay!

The house was brand new and beautiful on super quiet and safe neighborhood. Perfect for our girls trip of 4. Super easy check in/out with clear instructions. Host was wonderful! We loved the hot tub, the huge kitchen, nice big bedrooms, comfy living area and how well everything was stocked along with access to the garage and washer and dryer. This house is spacious, beautiful and spotlessly clean! The home is fully stocked with anything one might need during a stay. The backyard is very nice with a comfortable seating area, where our family could relax and talk about our day. We also used the hot tub, which was clean and well-maintained. Beatriz, our host, was welcoming as well as fast and friendly answering questions. I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We were in Tampa to celebrate my daughter's graduation and we were able to accommodate my entire family of 9. The house inside is modern, clean, has beautiful furniture and lighting and such a large kitchen. The floor plan is open and facilitates spending time together as you can be cooking a meal, talking to someone on the couch or sitting at the kitchen table. The hot tub was nice outside as well. Beatriz was kind, friendly, very responsive and provided everything necessary for our stay from K cups for the coffee machine, enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc. We loved out stay here and would recommend this home for its appeal and floor plan. It is the nicest home in the entire neighborhood and it's close to the main roads and easy to get to Publix, Dunkin Donuts and many other places to eat. Thank you Beatriz for answering all my questions and being very hospitable.

Amazing home and host

This home is exactly as pictured and the homey touches make it the perfect home for us and our dog. Beatriz kept us informed throughout our stay. I hate to give it such a good review because it might make it harder for us to book again, but this home is simply too nice to not rave about! It was in a great location for us - close to everything but still a mostly quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was just the final piece of perfection. Thank you for sharing Beatriz!

This property was very impressive. It was truly immaculate. My faimy and I were comfortable and felt right at home in this spacious property. The pics really do no justice. You walk in and you are just wow'ed! The home is updated and the back yard is just as impressive as the inside with outdoor seating and spacious yard space. The double car garage that you can take advantage of was a plus as well. Great host and willing to make accommodations if possible for your stay. This property is highly recommended 10 out of 10!

Our family really enjoyed this wonderful home! We had an awesome experience. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials. We loved the openness here and really felt at home. The jacuzzi and outdoor space was the icing on the cake. No one had any complaints. We felt so comfortable and would love to visit again in the future.

Absolutely perfect home from home. Spent 4 nights at this property... kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, crockery and cutlery.Didn't get chance to use hot tub or bbq but im sure it would have been up to the same standard... will definitely rebook when next in Florida... if Beatrix will have us!!
