This was a perfect place to stay! It is located just past the top of the strip with a 12 minute walk down to the start of it. We walked it daily. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and the deck off the back overlooked a busy creek. Everything we needed was right there! We would definitely stay here again!

It was very comfortable and much better than a hotel room. It was also close to town where you can take a shuttle. Plus, they were a couple of breakfast restaurants and walking distance, one was right next-door. Had a wonderful time and would recommend.

This building is our favorite location in Gatlinburg because it’s right next to the Roaring Fork River and we can hear stream noises all night long. It’s lovely. This is one of the best condos in the building that we have stayed at. It was lovely.

Just What We Needed

Condo was perfect for an long weekend, friend trip. We were pleasantly suprised how spacious the interior was and spent a lot of time on the large balcony and cooling off in the creek. Fantastic location! We walked to restaurants and strip area most of the time because it was so close, but also made use of the free trolley that stopped across the street. The location also gave us easy access to several hikes in the park we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

The condo was clean and nice. The owner was quick to respond with questions. The master bedroom needs new blinds or curtains. The morning light shined straight in. Very quiet setting. We would stay here again.

Top Notch Condo-10 Stars!!!

Unit 592 is an amazing condo. We recently stayed there for a family wkend in the mountains and couldn't have loved it more. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay cozy and comfortable. The property manager was absolutely wonderful. She checked in with us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed (we definitely did) and messaged us on check out to make sure our stay was everything we hoped and it definitely was. We will be staying at this condo again in the near future for sure! If you want an amazing place to stay that's convenient to everything in Gatlinburg this is it. The best experience ever!
