the building exterior renovation project is finished for this unit! Enjoy ocean front elegance in a 3,000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths,& another 500 square feet on the balcony! All rooms have access to the balcony with an ocean view & a built in Jenn Air Grill. One of the few 4 bedrooms on the beach! The unit features 2 King Suites, 1 Queen suite with sitting room, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. In addition we have four full twin size roll away beds.
A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.
There is a 2025 building exterior painting and sealing project. Schedule TBD.
At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.
