We had a great stay while in town for a conferene. The hosts were amazing and quick communicators. The check-in process was easy, and they even let us store our bags early. The property itself was beautiful and in the perfect location!

Loved the location and the luxury experience. We were fortunate to have great weather allowing us to spend a lot of time on the terrace. I highly recommend renting this unit if you can afford it.

Very clean throughout and well stocked for cooking meals in. The private patio with grill was incredible! Very close to lots of restaurants and activities. Our family had a great visit while staying here!

We had an amazing stay! This place was a perfect for our son's law school graduation. There was plenty of space for hanging out with family. The outdoor balcony was really fun (though can be loud at night). Location is great ... several excellent restaurants nearby. Hosts were very responsive. Also, the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Jake and Nathan were the bests hosts regarding timeliness of correspondence and and solving issues.Example-upon check in there wasn’t one hangar in the condo. Within 2 hours there was a laundry basket at our door with 25 wooden hangars.

This place is perfectly located in River North. The apartment was clean, very well stocked with everything you would need. Communication was so easy with the host and they were extremely flexible with my dates/check out times. I would stay here a 100 times over.

Had a great time on a girls trip to Chicago staying at this Vrbo! Our hosts, Jake and Nathan, were super accommodating and helpful throughout our entire stay! Great location

Very new spacious condo that sleeps a lot of people and has plenty of space to do group things and have nice conversations. The location in River North is very close to just about anything in Chicago that you would like to do.

Luxury loft 703 is a wonderful stay for a large group visiting Chicago. Great space for relaxing and catching up with friends. Wonderful location — easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, river and lake front. Parking limited (only one space for the condo) but easy access to nearby parking booking.

We had a fantastic day at this luxury loft in River North. The space is beautifully designed with high ceilings and modern furnishings. There was plenty of natural light that made it feel both elegant and comfortable. The layout was perfect for relaxing and gathering and every detail we felt was thoughtfully curated. The location couldn’t have been better right in the heart of River North walking distance to amazing restaurants, galleries and shopping. Also easy access to everything downtown Chicago has to offer.It truly felt like a stylish home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale comfortable city stay.

Lovely Ladies Weekend
