Great host made everything smooth! Very nice and pleasant space, well-arranged with everything we needed to be comfortable before and after beach outings as two couples and a young adult sharing the house and time together. (Only problem for me was soft-topped mattress - I mention only in case you too have a cranky back. Everyone else in our group was very comfy!) Good location for walking everywhere in AP.

I booked this for my birthday trip with my friends check in was nice we were given a very helpful cute link to answer any questions. The place was very cute & clean (besides the sink not being able to drain our whole duration of the trip). However when an emergency occurred an hour after we checked in there & we didn’t have electricity for 48 hours in a heat wave with temperatures over 100 degrees it was disappointing trying to communicate with the host & vrbo about solutions lacking any compassion. The situation has still yet to be resolved or made right by the host or vrbo. Under different circumstances I wouldn’t probably have any complaints but given the circumstance we were dealt with no compensation or refund still after checking out this morning & the lack of compassion from the host saying “there’s nothing I can do about that” is extremely insensitive when all our fridge & freezer food went bad, we have no ac, are having to go to our cars just to charge our phones, 2 of my friends had to leave bc they could not sleep & waking up in the middle of the night sweating. This would be a lovely place unless there’s an emergency because, forget it, hopefully there’s someone else you have to call.
