Easy access to the 101, I17 & 51 freeways. 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms. 2 car garage/tiled flooring throughout. This cute and spacious patio home is located in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks that lead to a nearby city park. The home is furnished with a large (block wall) fenced back yard. There is a small BBQ for guests convenience. Pet door for small animals to have easy access to the yard. A big Arizona Room that is perfect for sipping coffee and reading at the beginning of the day or at the end of each day when the weather permits It is located by grocery stores, restaurants, retail stores and close to Scottsdale and central Phoenix. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed and dual sinks in the bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with one sink and shower/tub. 2 car garage. Washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood. A few miles east you're in Scottsdale and a few miles west you're in Glendale or Peoria! Very close to Desert Ridge and Paradise Valley Mall, Arrowhead Mall, & Mayo Clinic patients are welcome & encouraged to stay in my property! Please note that this property is only available for 3 month bookings for the time period January - April.

Very Convenient Location

We had a fantastic stay, and the location was so convenient. It's walking distance to a grocery store, bakery, Mexican restaurant, and great cocktail lounge. It's also a short drive to Desert Ridge Marketplace and not too far to hiking trails. We stayed in several nights and were able to cook up delicious meals in the kitchen with cookware and utensils provided. It's also dog friendly and grass is just a short walk from the house (necessary for our little Pug). The online listing indicated an upcharge for WiFi but that actually isn't the case which was a pleasant surprise. We worked remotely with no issues. Thank you for the great stay!

Excellent location, great amenities

We stayed here just during a transition as we are waiting for our new house to be built. The owner was great to work with. Didn't have any problems. She was very accommodating with us having dogs staying with us. Having a private, fenced back yard was great and our dogs loved the space to run around. Would definitely stay here again if we needed a place in the area.

A wonderful place to stay.

Great location and nice neighborhood. Pam was professional, friendly and helpful. I didn't understand the YouTube TV but she was happy to visit and get me in the know. She welcomed my two felines. They are indoor guys so they didn't use the impressive doggy door. I would stay here again.

Convenient and Accomodating

Had a great experience staying at this location and pam was fantastic in terms of accommodating our situation (3 dogs on a cross country move while trying to buy a house in this crazy market). Everything was in great condition and fully stocked for and extended stay. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping centers all around.

Great Stay

We loved it!!! The house was perfect in every way. It was furnished nicely and all the appliances worked great. The location is close to everything including several dog parks and the surrounding neighborhood is very well kept and safe. The owner is very nice and helpful!!!

Winter Escape

Pam, the owner was the best hostess anyone could ever hope to meet. Everything about the house, the yard for our puppy, the furniture, the accessibility and convenient location were perfect. I would rent this property again without any hesitation. We became such good friends with Pam, and she helped us buy a home for ourselves in the Phoenix area.

Cute house!

My husband and I lived in this house for 7 weeks while waiting for our new house to be finished. It is a good location; close to just about anything you might need or want. This rental is very cute, updated and comfortable. For us it truly was our home away from home!

Sunny North Phoenix Home

My husband and I spent two months in this home this Spring. It was comfortable and well supplied. It was also very convenient to Mayo Clinic. The neighborhood was very quiet, with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and well- maintained. The local park was great for walks. We enjoyed staying in this very livable home.

Cozy and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed at this property for a week while visiting friends in Phoenix. The central location, with easy access to the 101 and 51 highways, made it easy to move around the area. The home was comfortable and nicely furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. With a large fenced yard, and a community park just two blocks away, there were plenty of opportunities to exercise our terrier. A large screened patio was great for outdoor dining and enjoying an early morning coffee. The neighborhood is very quiet and tucked away, but within easy reach of shopping and dining areas. We enjoyed our brief stay and would choose this property again when visiting Phoenix.

My mother was a patient at Mayo Clinic diagnosed with cholangeocarcinoma, a rare cancer of the bile ducts. I was her care giver for a year. I am very much into taking in cancer patients in to my property and have had several. I know what you and your family are going through.
