North Central Phoenix - Two Master Stes. 1500 Sf Newly Remodeled, Peaceful!!

That is so kind of you Michael and Gloria. Too bad so sad that you couldn't stay longer as the weather was glorious compared to the rest of the world's ice and snow covered areas of over 14 states. So glad you got to spend some quality time with your family and were able to quickly get around this big metroplex. As in Iowa, Phoenix is like a grid system on graph paper. I sure enjoyed spending time with you when you arrived and today to say farewell and safe travels. Come ANYTIME~

Thanks for picking our home and I'm still looking for your parents at St. Paul's! Maybe one day I shall get the opportunity to meet them. Hope to also see you and your family again! Thank you. You were great guests!!!!

What fabulous guests from New York with their precious French Bulldog, Frankie! You are always welcomed back; you even stripped the beds for the maids and that's so heartfelt. Hope you will continue to have a safe and spectacular trip across the USA and seeing all the family and the many wonderful sites. Thanks for your very nice review. Much obliged. ~Janelle

Thank you, Jackie and Greg, for your kind words regarding this perfectly located property for your needs. Many patients from MAYO and a few other medical facilities in close proximity have stayed here and we call it the "healing house" as everyone who went through their processes and stayed here is doing quite well now and that's comforting in itself. I'm glad you are relatively close to drive and if you need to come again, for whatever reason--maybe not MAYO for your health's sake but for just to be in Phoenix for other reasons other than medical, you are certainly invited. The home was left in perfect condition. Be well and stay healthy. THANK YOU for FINDING ME you are the PERFECT GUEST!

Ah, Nicole. Your whole family was a true delight. You are welcome anytime. You left the home in such perfect shape like you found it and I really will miss you being here. Truly loving Ohio mid-westerners are always so nice and it was a pleasure meeting everyone of your dear group. Hope the plans for your cousins' wedding go smoothly for next year and in the meantime, just come back to AZ as a fantastic guest! Thanks again for your kind words.

It's very humbling and I appreciate fine guests like you! THANKS for choosing our property....when you have many to choose from. Come again!

What a great family and you are certainly invited any time. I really enjoyed you as our guests and it makes me happy to know that I only get great guests like you three! Enjoyed our wonderful conversations, too. Happy travels and return soon!

Ellen, you can come back anytime. Truly a perfect guest. Have a healthy, prosperous year ahead!

I am so glad that you would be returning to stay at my property in the future. I did notice you mentioned a couple of challenges on your review. These challenges would have been avoided if you would have shared a few minutes (15 minutes at best) of your time to meet with me at the property and go over the do's and don'ts. I spend almost $300 per month for upgraded (1,000 gigs) internet and TV services/movies/music. Never do I get that there are internet connection problems. I am very glad that our property has many upgrades; being well stocked, extremely clean/sterilized, extra bedding, towels, sheets, cooking and kitchen utensils; on and on what people tell me; In fact they say they have never had a VRBO this well stocked. Those are things to hoot about--less things you have to buy once you arrive! I realize graduation can be a hectic time for everyone but you were here for 5 days and I tried to gain that 15 minutes early in the a.m. or late in the day but you chose not to be available. I find that by meeting with guests things normally run very smoothly and no hiccups whatsoever. Once again, I am glad to hear you will returning and at that time I can meet you and see you in the future. All best wishes and fond regards; I'm glad you sent me your photos so that I can at least see what beautiful people you are. For those reasons, I do not do instant booking; I want to know who I'm renting and opening my home to for the duration to be able to please and convenience you. This is not a hotel. Glad graduation went really well for you and your family and I hope your husband is feeling back to normal. Janelle

Wow, Jeanne.....what kind words and I surely appreciate meeting everyone except your son and getting to know you a bit. The stays are always so short and wishing to see you again. You left the home immaculate and the maids though of course take 3 hours to go back through everything so that it is germ free and to your cleanliness test. Rest up, have a nice season of Spring and hope to see you again. You are more than welcome! Miss Sadie!

Thank you, Jan and Paul. I see they have finally framed your home....looks like it will be going fast now! I sure miss you! Keep in touch.

You 3 with Snickers are so wonderful people. If the world was 1/2 as nice as you are....we would all be in a better state of mind. Thank you for being such accommodating, happy great folks....I enjoyed your company and fabulous conversation .....and many happy returns to Arizona....lol to you & your family.

Thanks, Wendy and Joe. Hope you had a very memorable and lovely Memorial Day Weekend trip with your family. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

What great guests I am blessed with and then you come along for a graduation for Mayo Hospital for your daughter-in-law and set a new bar. Its too bad for the past 5 years you didn't find us until just now when they will be moving to their internship which luckily w be just a few hours from your home in Nebraska. I so wish there would be a next time as I have many lovely repeat be-back guests and love conversations and sharing each others' experiences. True friends. I feel like I had known you for years. Thanks for being so nice, clean and pleasant. You are always welcome again and again! JEFF loved his J Lohr red merlot. Thank you so much and for the lovely letter. You all are over-the-top in every way!

George and Ingrid are such wonderful people. If the world were filled with people just like these two, the world would be a better place! Come anytime!

You were wonderful guests and that's how it should be without problems. Just like, "love they neighbor as yourself". It's so easy but not many know how to process that statement. The Mauro's do.
