Excellent transaction

The seller immediately demonstrated expertise in the offering by suggesting a better unit for my family than the one I initially inquired about. She was prompt in all communications, and the reservation for the property was transferred precisely as she indicated it would be. I called the property a couple times to make sure the unit was under my name, which it was, and used the concierge to make dinner and babysitting reservations thereafter. It is a pleasure to do business with an honest and straight forward counterparty, and I would recommend her services to anyone who inquired.

Good Experience

We had a good time at Harborside. Susan was fabulous and took care of everything - even arranging airport transfers. The room was fabulous with plenty of space, but I really think most people bring families so one side of the lockoff should have 2 doubles instead of a king. They have a hot tub near the pool that we used every evening and it was great! Check in was quick and easy. My only issue with the property was construction that was going on. We encountered several occasions that the path we were using to get to the main resort was blocked to do construction. I understand that improvements are a great thing, but some signage would have gone a long way. Once we learned how best to get around, we enjoyed the rest of our week!

Family Vacation at Atlantis

This was my first time booking reservations over the internet with an individual and I had some reservastions. The owner was very responsive and delivered everything promised. The owner not only took care of her property but also confirmed reservations with two other property owners to get us exactly what we wanted - 2 bedroom lockout and a seperate 1 bedroom. Small issue with getting wristbands based on the name associated on all the room reservations (mine) versus the name of the primary room occupant (needed to bill room charges to the individuals in the room). Seemed to be an Atlantis system issue. We did receive all of our wristbands but it was not as smooth as it should have been. Otherwise, I would have rated the experience as excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend or do business with this owner again.

Where do I start? We paid way too much for a 2 bed lockoff-that was in disrepair. None of this was shared with us until we checked in-no housekeeping services. No bedspreads. Our beds just had sheets-we had to call for blankets. We were not given anything at check-in. I had to ask for a map of the property. The "Welcome" package was not given to us-I received it when I asked for laundry detergent. Susan the property manager was never in touch with us. I complained at the front desk and didn't receive a call from "management" as I was told. The Covid19 procedures were not explained to us at all. We had to schedule our test appointments on our smart phone in the lobby-which had terrible signal. I kept getting kicked off. I was scheduling 5 people and there was no way to go back to see what I had submitted. I was told by the person at the front desk on the night of June 15th that no one else has had problems maneuvering the website except me. When I asked about how people that do not have smart phones get the appointments scheduled-her reply was "Everyone has smart phones or has someone in their party that has one" , which I highly doubt that. I use my cell phone to conduct business every day-her comments to me were very condescending. After spending an hour trying to get this completed and on the verge of tears she finally took my phone and scheduled the appointments for me. There was no offer to use a computer. Their was no appointment on the day that I needed-so I was told to just show up and they would get me in. All of this was very concerning to me since this was very important for me to get my family back to the states. We finally were tested and told we would get the results within 2 hours by email. We did not get the results, I went back to where we were tested (The Coral) and was told she would email me within the hour. Again I didn't receive the results. So I had to take the bus across the property for the 3rd time and tell the person at the test site that I was not leaving until I received the email. I couldn't get on the property free wifi so they finally gave me the password to their wifi so I could check my email to confirm that I received the results. Then I had to go back to Harborside to get the results printed., she was VERY, VERY helpful-Kelly Kadejah was her name. The lack of communication about this very important process was very stressful-plus the condition of the condo was deplorable considering what we paid. NEVER AGAIN.

Not to be repeated!

When I asked the owner a question about the hotel or what they had available, I was told she doesn’t know and to ask the hotel. When I booked I wasn’t told I had no oven or barbecue. There was a water leak in my bathroom from the AC one of the nights and we had to stay up late for them to fix it. I also wasn’t told there would be a charge for extra towels or shampoo or detergent. Our room key had to be changed every time we went in. We had to walk back and forth after every use to get a new key. We were charged for the worst WiFi that really wasn’t at all available. I will not be recommending his property that was over priced.

Spring Break at Harborside (Atlantis) Paradise Island

Spring break with wife and three teenage boys. Great trip. Harborside is the way to go! Close enough to walk and enjoy everything at Atlantis and have a quieter place to return to in the evening to relax by pool/hot tub and home cooked meal in villa. Shuttle available every morning to take you to grocery store for supplies. Shuttles also available to ride to Atlantis if you wish. It's great to be able to use your room key where ever you go on the property to charge to your room so you can leave cash/credit cards in room and not have to worry about it. Shops/restaurants between harborside and Atlantis accept room key as well. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Rental Handle and exceptional property

The coordinator for this Rental ,Sho Silkes, Did a fabulous job. The transaction was smooth and her communication was excellent. We love the Atlantis Harborside and we were placed in a brand new/newly renovated room. We couldn't be happier. I would definitely use her as a rental contact agent again and stay here again.

Met every expectation

Booking with Sho was easy and efficient for our family group of 13. Both the 3 bedroom unit as well as the one bedroom unit were well maintained with the added plus of being beside each other. Harbourside is a wonderful place to stay at with staff very friendly and helpful as well as being offsite from Atlantis just far enough for some peaceful down time after a day at the park.

First time and it was amazing!

We booked a two bedroom condo on the forth floor overlooking the pool and it had a small view of the ocean. The room was extremely clean and the room looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The Aruba Marriott Surf Club was awesome. To book the room was extremely easy with Sho. All transactions were easy. I would recommend her services in booking your vacation. I will use her again.

Great trip!

We had a wonderful time in Atlantis thanks to Sho. She found us a great place to stay on the property at a very reasonable price. She also recommended places to eat and even gave us the name of a person who would pick us up at the airport. He was excellent and checked in with us from time to time to make sure everyone was ok. I would highly recommend Sho as she was professional and very knowledgable. We will definitely call her for our next trip!

Need some updating

First impression of Harborside was good. We stayed in a 1 bedroom lockout room. It had a pull out sofa bed that accommodate my family of three well. However, the mattress on the beds were horrible. The king size bed mattress was on its last leg and the sofa bed, well let me say, my daughter preferred the floor. Both beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable! We woke up everyday with crooks in our neck. The shower was a dated and could have used a minor makeover. Other than the uncomfortable nights sleep, this unit was ok. Some pros were the convenient shuttle bus that allow you to transfer back and forth between Atlantis large resort was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful with most of our needs. The unit also had a large kitchen and a washer and dryer which, will come in handy if you are planning on bringing your kids. Overall, our experience at Harborside was good. The Bahamas Island was great!!

Awesome time at Harborside Atlantis

My family had a great time at Harborside. Sho was very easy to work with and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. She took care of everything on short notice and did everything we asked for. We booked the trip 2 weeks out and could not have been happier. Our kids ages 19 17 and 10 had a blast. The condo was perfect. We loved hanging at our pool when we wanted to get away from the crowds at Atlantis. We will book with Sho again for sure.

Family vacation

Great vacation at Harborside Atlantis

This is our first time renting from Shoshana and our first time in Atlantis. Our family of 2 toddlers, 2 parents and a nanny had a wonderful stay at Harborside. The rooms were exactly as described and seen in the photos – clean and quite large which was important to us with the little ones. The shuttle buses served us well in our back and forth to the beach, waterpark and other attractions, though many times we just walked 10 minutes or so with one or two strollers. We also benefited from the grocery delivery service and kitchen in the unit as we kept the little ones on their regular diet. Shoshana was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We’ll be back.

Can't wait to return!

My entire family of 6 had a wonderful time and we are excited to return. The property was beautiful, the staff was very helpful, and the view outstanding! We loved looking at all the expensive Yachts in the Harbor, and Marina Village was a short walk away. The shuttle service was great as well. We've loved the waterpark at the Atlantis for years, but it was so nice to have the space at Harborside, the amenities, (washer and dryer!), full kitchen...etc....This is so much better than booking 2 hotel rooms that are just beds and a bathroom. We had extra space where everyone felt comfortable! Just beautiful!

Harborside Atlantis

This is the 2nd time I have rented from this owner. Sho has been friendly and responsive to our requests and there have been no issues - just the way I like it. As I wrote 2 years ago in my 1st review, I would not hesitate to have Sho help you with booking your accommodations. For travelers with families, we had 4 adults and 6 children ages 13- to 5. The Harborside pool is not nearly as busy as the pools by the water park. Translation - food service, wrist bands and towels are received much faster. The kids liked walking by the yachts on the way to get ice cream every night. Shuttles are very timely to get to other areas of the resort and it is not an inconvenience. These condos have a full kitchen too which is nice for making meals (food is more expensive).

Fun in the Sun

The HarborSide Resort was just wonderful. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The service was outstanding. You could go anywhere on the property with the available free shuttle buses. The dolphin excursion was so much fun. Our favorite had to be snorkeling. The ocean floor was amazing. The CRUSH place was so cool. If you have video gamers, or internet's or dancers this is the place to go. We went as a family and had a great time. Our favorite fast food place was the Deep Dive. The food was very good. The pizza at the pizza place was great! Really everywhere we ate was top notch. Great vacation for 10 days!!

Great service and price

I will admit I was slightly nervous about this rental and dealing directly with Sho vs thru VRBO. She was very helpful and accommodating and there were no issues at all upon check in at Atlantis. Thanks, Sho, we will definitely use you in the future.

Harborside Atlantis

This was an awesome vacation to Harborside Atlantis in the Bahamas. This is the fourth time there and the resort has not disappointed yet. Each time we have visited we have worked with Sho to get our villa. She is awesome to work with. She makes the whole rental experience painless and easy. She allowed us to break the rental payments up over time to make a vacation that would normally be out of our reach a yearly thing. Looking forward to going to Hawaii next year with the help of Shoshanda.. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!
