Our group consisted of 5 high school students along with 5 parents with the students participating in a national Quiz Bowl competition. The main negative issues were A.]I didn't find out until shortly before arrival that my wife had to have a Augustapp account to receive the entry code [there had been no mention of that until very late in the process, but it got ironed out], B.]we were supposed to have access to the house by 4 PM, but were informed [again shortly prior to arrival] that we couldn't check in until 6PM due to delays with the cleaning crew which put the actual arrival at about 8PM due to requirements of the competition sign in, and C]the last evening the main AC unit froze up and had to be shut off for the night. That said, I chose this unit so that our group of students could have more time together and relax than if they were in multiple hotel rooms; and for that purpose the house was exactly what I was looking for. The amenities were a bit spartan but all in all it was a good experience for the students and their parents.
