The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The upstairs includes a spacious king master ensuite, a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks. We also have a child's crib; little ones welcome. A second ensuite with a queen bed is located on this level.

Downstairs features the laundry room, two queen rooms, a full bathroom, and access to the private hot tub.

Complex amenities include an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), a hot tub, tennis/basketball courts, a pool table, and Foosball table.

Our thanksgiving stay

Great stay in a Thanksgiving rental with our two kids and dog. Only downside was the proximity to the road, which could be a bit noisy. Great overall!

Great access to skiing

We stayed here with friends and family to go skiing over the New Year’s Eve weekend. It was perfect for access to snow basin and powder mountain. The unit is spacious and well kept. The basement rooms are colder but once you find the heaters it is just fine. The club house is a nice addition as well.

Can't beat this location for Snow Basin

We stayed here for Spring Break. It's only 15/20 minutes to the resort. The condo is the perfect location for Snow Basin (just about as close as you can get) & was the perfect size for our family of 5. It's also an easy drive to Ogden for shopping and dinner. The highway noise is a real thing though. Especially since this unit is the closest unit to the highway. We got up early to hit the slopes.. so it didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, and close to Snow Basin

We loved our stay. We were so impressed your staff. They were so accommodating with our questions, and with getting us hooked up with discount ski passes. Our only complaint, and it is a very minor one, is that the heating system seemed a little unbalanced. The main level was always SUPER warm and the upstairs and downstairs bedroom areas were quite chilly. First world problems, but thought you might want to be aware of that. We hope to stay with you again soon.

Christmas Snowboarding

This house is an excellent chose for a family or 2 families to stay. Our visit was over the Christmas holiday. The house is clean, kitchen has all the things you need to cook, the hot tub is perfect and I loved that it had a laundry room where we could dry our snow clothes and gloves. There is lots of space for everyone to hangout after a long day on the mountain and the fire on the main floor was perfect. Snowbasin is a easy 10 minutes up the road and is so much fun, Powder Mountain is a 20 minute drive and a cool mountain to snowboard at.. there tickets were sold out so we did some night boarding there which was awesome. If you are new to the area here is some info.. Eden and Huntsville are small towns there isn’t really any places to sit down and eat.. there is a small grocery store.. Ogden is a 25 minute drive they have a Walmart grocery store some sit down places to eat as well as fast food.. but after being on the mountain all day you probably won’t want to drive to Ogden so if your coming there plan to cook. We are at the Ogden Brewery and it was delicious and has indoor seating. The management on the property is so easy to work with.. they are very accommodating and really want to make your stay excellent.

Ski vacation for 2 families

Really enjoyed the property. The place was clean and had enough room for two families of four. Located right when you enter the gates and close to Snowbasin. Only issues were that it was a bit noisy (the condo was located very close to the main road) and we were unable to use the garage. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great property and location!

We wanted a mountain thanksgiving getaway with our adult kids and a few grandkids. This property was perfect. Clean, spacious and property managers were very responsive to our requests. Beautiful scenery with amazing outdoor resources.

Nice but road noise

Problem with location not disclosed; the condo is adjacent to a busy county highway. We did not anticipate encountering the noise, racing cars, and headlight glare that was constant during our stay. Knowing this in advance, we would have rented a different property. The property has a functional, easy and comfortable floor plan.

Quick drive to market and downtown Ogden for some night life on main street. Quiet neighborhood and great hot tub!
