Greetings!
You're looking at a charming studio apartment in 6th floor of the 5 star- building The Costa Residence in 32-34 Tran Phu Street. The apartment block is apart of the Intercontinental Hotel. It's beach front with gorgeous sea view. The room is spacious with roomy balcony and lounge area looking to the sea.

Living in our apartment you're welcome to use the building amenities such as Infinity pool, Fitness center, Yoga room and so on.

The beach is just a few steps away. Sun bed on the beach in front of The Costa are free.
Studio is furnished with modern and nature wood furniture, high quality kitchen facilities, air con, 3D TV with cable, washing machine.

As a guest staying in The Costa Residence, youll get access the Pool and Library / Kid's playroom of the Intercontinental Hotel next door from 5:00PM to 10PM. The doorkeepers help you to carrier your luggage into the room

    Mrs. Huong and her husband were fabulous. Their home is beautiful and right in the heart of the action in Nha Trang. Beautiful ocean view and prime location. They have a private residence pool as well as access to the 5 star intercontinental next door. Beach chairs are available right out front of their home. I will definitely stay here again. Great hosts, full of information and great recommendations. Thank you for a memorable stay!
