The home itself was clean, spacious, and modern, with absolutely stunning views and a fantastic location. The kitchen was beautiful and well laid out, which we really appreciated. There were a few areas that could be improved. The garage had a strong, unpleasant odor (like something had died), and we did notice an issue with ants during our stay. The dining table felt a bit small for the size of the home, and additional deck furniture would make the outdoor space more enjoyable.A few extra touches would go a long way—things like hooks for coats or towels, as well as a few more pots and kitchen essentials.Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential, especially given the views and location.

Spectacular house but...
The house is really beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean. But, it wasn't ready to be rented. I had to call the day we were arriving to get check in information and the host wasn't apologetic, just texted the info. Likewise when I texted that there was no parking - he just texted that it was probably the tenants' cars and that was the first we knew that there were tenants downstairs. There was no information package about how the AC or taps or anything worked and the house was really hot and stuffy and no screens on the windows. Linens weren't where the listing said they would be - one room had only one towel and one pillow. All the soap and shampoos were in the cupboard in one bathroom- hadn't been put out yet and I didn't think to hunt for them. There are 4 forks and knives. There are tenants downstairs and although we didn't hear them, both parking spots were taken up by their cars. We had to park up a steep hill and come down in the pitch black with all our luggage. Weren't sure about the security of where we had to leave the cars so brought everything into the house. The garbage cans outside (where we were supposed to put the garbabe) were full to overflowing so we had to leave our garbage in the garage. There are lovely decks but only one small set of patio furniture with no cushions. Open hole in the primary bathroom - obviously still needs a fixture. It needs someone to come in with an eye to staying and fix all the little things.

The kitchen is poorly supplied. For a unit that sleeps 8, their were only 5 forks and 5 dinner chairs! No: steak knives, mixing bowls, tongs, serving utensils, baking sheets, salad bowl, hand towels, set of wine glasses, wine opener..... very sparce set up. (The owners did have a few of those basics delivered.) The garage cans were full and sticking in the driveway so garbage piled up with no where to dump it. There were no inside recycle cans. Two of the 4 full baths had only 1 hand towels and no wash cloths. No additional sets of towels found. The marble bath floors are pretty but dangerous when wet, all baths need large rugs tp prevent slipping. No extra blankets, only a sheet and cover. There are 3 beautiful view decks but only one has chairs and only 4 of them! The main deck door will not stay closed unless its deadbolted. There is wiring for TV in the master bedroom but no TV. No alarm clocks in the bedrooms, or any clocks in the place. It is a brand new unit and still has finish work to do: open electrical boxes, sheetrock damage, tile floor buckles outside laundry room. Doors need properly adjusted. The garage door wont open and is piled with left over construction stuff. The front entry is messy with weeds and a non-functioning dirty fountain. It is a beautiful view, unique modern design, gorgeous kitchen and you cant find a better view of the valley, but this unit was not ready to rent out. I feel a parcial refund is in order. I wush I'd have taken pictures.
