Delightful and comfortable condo in the upscale Sunrise Condo Village. Sleeps 8 people with 4 bathrooms. Ski-in/out. There are 3 double bedrooms (1 king, 2 with Queen) and 4 full bathrooms. Open plan lower level has 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4 children) and a full wall movie screen with projector (3d capacity and glasses) -- connect to Netflix or Vudu for full range of movies. The house has a full kitchen, living room and dining area, sauna and Jacuzzi in master bedroom. Internet and cable TV.

Swim or relax after a hard day on the slopes at the fitness center which is fully equipped with a gym, pool, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), showers and bar/café for dinner and drinks.

Tennis courts for warmer weather and beautiful hikes, snowshoe or back country ski the the network of trails in and around the condo village.

Wood is supplied for the fireplace so you can chill at home after a hard day of skiing. Washer/dryer in home.

Great stay at killington

Great condo, location, experience and host! Condo was perfectly clean and comfortable. Great layout for hanging around the fireplace. Cool projector downstairs for kids to watch a movie. Spacious mud room to keep all the gear. And Clare was great with the few logistical questions we had. A bit easier to ski off than ski on, but we may not have mastered the route! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect ski retreat

This property was perfect for our 2 families for a weekend at Killington. The house was larger than expected and the layout was perfect to allow the kids and adults to hang out in different areas. We really enjoyed the fact that there was no TV on the main level as it allowed us to just hang around by the fire and talk/laugh over a few adult beverages. The Owner was beyond helpful with planning our trip and always responded immediately to any questions that we had. Very nice touch from her also to leave us a bag of coffee and bottle of wine. She really went out of her way to make sure that we felt at home. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be planning a return trip in the years to come.

Coming from someone who had arrived with their own pans to make sure we had the proper cooking tools... this home had everything you could ask for. So perfectly cozy and perfectly styled. I loved the bit of seclusion while still being accessible to everything Killington has to offer. There was never a moment we felt something was missing- Truly a special place. Clare was extremely helpful and immediately available in the one instance we had to contact her through our stay. I highly recommend a few days in her beautiful ski home!

Great Family Getaway

Very nice house, cozy retreat after hitting the slopes. The location is great, ski in/ ski out if you like or drive literally 2 minutes to Bear Mtn. base. We stayed Presidents day weekend, bought our lift tickets at Bear each day with hardly any line at windows or lift, amazing! From there you can access all of Killington. Snowmobiling is close by, it's truly a winter sports mecca. Coming back to the house and unwinding in front of a crackling fire with snow falling outside and deciding to either eat in or go out to any of the dozens of restaurants was about the hardest decision you'll have to make.

K2 was awesome!

Great family mini vacation in Killington. This townhouse had it all! The kitchen was very well stocked with every gadget including a crock pot. We really enjoyed evenings around the fireplace especially due to the fact that we could not get the television to work which made for more conversation and lots of laughs.

Great house for large groups & families

The home was very clean, has a great fireplace and is nicely furnished. Of all the homes we previously rented this was the most well appointed. All details were covered and Clare (owner) could not have been more accommodating and responsive. We arrived to find a fresh lb. of coffee and a bottle of wine with a note from the homeowner. A nice touch! I would highly recommend.

Wonderful place in Killington, great for ski vacation. Entrance with cubbies built for ski gear and a great fireplace. 3 level house with multiple bedrooms and most importantly 4 full bathrooms for everyone to get ready or shower in the evening. Access to outdoor hot-tub down the road (Alcohol allowed). Very close to bear mountain lodge and can ski into the sunrise condo area under the right snow conditions. We were unable to find a way to ski out, but may have existed if there was more snow. We really enjoyed our stay and are happy to have chosen this condo.

Convenient, spacious, cozy condo minutes from the hill!

I have stayed at this condo on 3 occasions now and I am never disappointed. Firstly the location right next to bear mountain is amazing. I have not yet been able to take advantage of this feature due to the snow conditions. But even without bear mountain being open its still only an easy 10 -15 minute drive to K1 car park at killingto. If you aren't into skiing you can hike right out the door into the woods and the condo is surrounded by cross country trails. Once winter heats up I look forward to these features on future visits. The home easily accomodates our group of 6 adults and 2 children comfortably without at all feeling crowded. The kitchen/living room area is open plan and looks out into the woods. I love this design as even though you are in a condo complex it feels private. as though you are in the middle of the woods. The kids can play in the "yard"/woods whilst the adults can enjoy beverages inside but still able to keep an eye on them from a distance! The kitchen is big enough for 2-3 people cooking at once which is great for our potluck dinners. Extra things I like that keeps me coming back : 1. Great "mud" room on the entrance with cubbies for ski boots and skis 2. Lots of bathrooms! 4 full bathrooms is key with a large group. This is a huge deciding factor for me when booking with a large group 3. Gas stove! And coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer! Great conveniences. 4. Projector movie screen downstairs and super comfy couches you can fall asleep in 5. Fireplace. All good ski houses should have one of these 6. Stays very warm and comfortable and heat can be controlled on each floor. 7. Sauna inside the condo! Need a say more? 8. Responsive, friendly hosts. It's always such a plus when renting a condo to deal with accomodating/ helpful owners. I haven't used the recreation facilities but some of my friends did and they report it was good. I love the place that once I'm back from a days skiing I have no desire to leave. Heading back to NYC is always hard after coming here. I highly recommended staying here.

Loved it here!

We were fortunate enough to spend 2 weekends in the past 2 months at this beautiful property. The condo is so cozy and spacious, it truly felt like a home away from home. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and with skiing access 7-10 minutes away. Restaurants and local Vermont shops only minutes away. Our daughter loved going to the pool (which is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute car ride) The fireplace is pure perfection, very relaxing regardless of time of the day or the weather. Best thing about this property is actually the fact that there is plenty to do no matter if it rains, snows or it's 65F on Christmas eve... Can't wait to go back! Andreea

We bought this condo because it feels secluded, but provides ready access to the slopes with ski in/out and is minutes away from Bear Mountain parking lot where it is always easy to get a spot close to the lift.
With a beautiful view of the birch woods from our windows we feel like we are in the middle of nowhere -- it is the perfect escape from city life.
