Walkout onto the enormous, covered deck to relax while you take in the mesmerizing view. Which is ENCLOSED with clear vinyl and plexi glass during the winter months to ensure you get to enjoy the view all year round. Located less than a 1/2 mile away from the Downtown (DTR) where you can stroll along historic brick streets as you dine and shop at several unique spots. You can even hit a world-class, award-winning spa. And it's all only a short walk away.

Built in 1932, this home is full of history and still has some of the original brick and wood accents and they're exquisite. This Riversuite1 - THE VIP is a 4 private bedrooms, 1 bedroom semi-private as it’s got two doors but one is the main entrance. This was the office but everyone jerk adding our air mattress to the room so we just put a bed In there too. 2 bath unit that sits on the bank of the Ohio where you'll be mesmerized by the water as it flows down towards the Mississippi. The spectacular river and bridge view is often compared to some of the most beautiful scenic views from around the world. As you relax in the living room or out on the enormous, covered deck and you'll quickly begin to relax as the view melts away any stressors you may carry.

In a 1/2 mile you can be shopping, eating or getting a massage at several unique shops including our very own Eridanus Brewing Co. & Dragonfly Cafe and The amazing Nest Spa. We're only 10 mins to downtown Ashland. It's also it's just 15mins to Camp Landing Entertainment Complex and 20 mins to Huntington, WV.

KEEP IN MIND that this building is almost 100 years old. While it comes with its stunning nostalgic qualities it also has the creaking floors and can carry noises from unit to unit to remind you, she's beautiful, yet aged. So please be respectful of your neighbors as you'd surely want the same from others.

- Parking is limited. 2 spots are available on street only in non-yellow painted areas. Do not park in the driveway that is for the main unit downstairs. We do have some other arrangements we can discuss to accommodate additional vehicles.

Key less entry. Code sent prior to arrival. Enter code and hit the check mark in the bottom right. When leaving, just hit the "YALE" button to lock. To enter come up the stairs at the front of the building and take the main entry to the left marked #1.

We are available to respond with in minutes via the app. Please make sure you have notifications set for the app in your phone. We love to communicate to ensure our guest have the best experience possible. If there's an issue that we need to be on property to handle we are again usually available within a few minutes as we live 2 home up river from this location.

We offer a "Work-Free" checkout. All we ask is that you place the used towels in the bathtub. Yes, that's it. We do the rest. That means you don't have to make the bed or take out the trash, unless you have seafood or something seriously smelly in the can. LOL

Parking is in the actual driveway only. Easily fit 3 large vehicles, possibly 4 or 5 small or mixed sized vehicles. If you need more than the 3, we most discuss this prior to arrival to ensure we can accommodate.
