Welcome to the Carroll Manor. Spacious, charming and well appointed, 2,800 sq ft English Craftsman home in one of Ashland's best neighborhoods. Accommodations up to 8 offering 5 total beds (4 bedrooms: 1 full bed, Queen futon and 1 full bath on main level. 1 King, 2 full beds and 1 full bath on second level. Recently freshly painted, refinished floors on main, huge eat in kitchen, fully equipped; formal dining room; family room; screened porch and lots of outdoor living area. Maticuliously maintained home with pride of ownership of 50 years. Featured in the 2019 Highland Museum Christmas Tour of Homes. Renovated exterior includes: newly built large carport, front porch, speak easy solid wood door, vinyl architectural siding, PVC trim, large stamped concrete driveway and parking pad. Real Stone front and stone post accents. We provide one starter roll of toilet paper, trash liner and paper towels. Please bring extra should you need them. For the convenience of our guests, We also offer late checkout/early checkin when available.

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here the night before her wedding and the house was perfect! So clean, nicely furnished, and a beautiful space for them to gather. When the host found out they would be getting ready for a wedding they brought in some extra mirrors for them to use, which was a nice extra touch.

I loved the house, I reminded us of home, everything we needed was there except l could never find the iron, but did find the ironing board. It has lots of antiques most are up high away from away from little hands, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to move about, the sun porch was a nice landing spot for me with my morning coffee.. I would recommend a stay.

Comfortable stay at the Carroll House

We gathered at the Carroll House in Ashland for my son’s Marshall University graduation. We had a lovely stay, the home was well stocked with all we needed. Jennifer responded promptly to any questions. We gathered in both the kitchen and the living room which had lots of seating and were perfect for us! Thanks to our hosts.

Jennifer was very responsive to our requests for things. Very hospitable and reliable. We enjoyed our family visit at her lovely grandmothers home. Such a charming Ashland neighborhood and very convenient to the Ashland bridge and Kroger. We would def stay there again.

We’ve lived in this area nearly our whole lives….while I lived in Northern Kentucky for 12 years….I visited home as often as my work would allow. Carroll Manor is my home place of 50 years. I worked in Mental Health Counseling and he worked in a local hospital, prison system and first aid sales in Sports Medicine and Administration. We met in prison 20 years ago! lol. We enjoy spending time with our family, great nieces, nephews and 2 fur babies. We strive to provide a nice, clean, affordable and comfortable place for our guests….whether for a couple nights or a couple months.
