Lovely 100 plus year old home that has been nicely updated in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Close to Ritter Park. Host is very communicative. Excellent place to stay.

This property was great for our family. We were in town for a tournament at Marshall, and the location was very convenient. Having space for our dog in the rear fenced yard was very much appreciated. The house itself was very clean and spacious, and our favorite part was the front porch!

This is a beautiful house with plenty of room for a large group. They have everything in the house that you would need. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very quick to respond. We will 100% be back!

My family had a wonderful time staying at the Park House. Everything was there that we needed (other than groceries). Rooms were very spacious and clean; able to accommodate all 10 of us and we didn’t feel crowded. Absolutely loved the pool table. We had a lot of fun teaching the younger kids how to play. Definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

Beautiful 1920’s home tastefully updated. Great space, spent every night on the front porch telling stories. Met some neighbours and overall great experience. Responsive host, great amenities, plenty of parking, and lots of room.

Perfect family vacation stay

8 people, 3 generations, room to gather and to hang by oneself. Beautifully restored home, spacious rooms, well-equipped for our 6-day stay, close to the park for daily dog-walking (yes, it's pet friendly!). Hosts were exceptional in communicating with us and responding promptly to questions and problems. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a first class, worry-free stay in Huntington.

The home is located in an attractive and safe neighborhood. Everything is as stated in the listing. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The fenced in backyard allowed us to let our dog run loose instead of taking her out on a leash. The location is close to several stores and restaurants. The host is super nice and very responsive. It was definitely a 5-star experience!!

Family Reunion

The property was perfect for our families to meet for a family reunion. There was enough space for all 9 of us and we never felt crowed. The communication with the host was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The house was beautiful, with all of the touches to make us feel welcome. We will definitely rent this home again.

READ IN ENTIRETY! House was wonderful. It had a beautiful front porch for evenings. It had plenty of rooms for the family. Bedrooms were spacious. TV in every room just about. Bathrooms were updated. Kitchen was very modern and well stocked. Parking was plentiful. Host responded quickly BUT failed to resolve issue of cleaning. Two bedrooms and one bathroom were missed in cleaning process. An apology was issued stating they did a deep through cleaning and option for full refund to find other dwelling while there. No option to get maid service to fix problem or refund cleaning fee. We loved the house BUT I HAD TO CLEAN THESE ROOMS. WASH LINENS FOR BEDS. SCRUB SHOWER, TOLIET, AND SINK PLUS MOP FLOOR. I might stay again if upon arrival I found 100% of house as it should be. Makeup on pillow case, Apple Watch, leather belt on floor by bed. Kids toys on dresser and on floor, things under vanity in bathroom.
