You have access to the following in our resort:
beach (kayaks are not for public use), tennis, pickle ball, basketball, playground area, fire pit by request (You are responsible for wood , distinguishing and cleaning of fire.)

Have a unique experience in this three level condo that is nestled into a cliff allowing for breath taking lake views both up and down the lake! There is something magical about being surrounded by mountains and water. Start your morning with coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise over the mountains glistening on the water while you soak up the view and breathe in the cleansing fresh lake air. You can rent a boat, water bike, canoe, fish, paddleboard, hike or go to a winery. If you do not feel like being on the water today, just go up the road less than a quarter mile and play tennis, pickle ball, volleyball and basketball. You can also walk a mile to the Heron Hill tasting room or wait for Saturday night when the pizza food truck comes and enjoy the music and a bottle wine. If you decide to go ten to fifteen minutes away, we love the artsy village of Naples! Along the way, you can stop at antique shops and wineries.
When you come home nestle with a good book by the two story stone fireplace or star gaze. We are the top level condo and you can see for miles! This what we love to do. I dare you to find a shooting star! This easy-living layout has a large eating and living area allowing for conversation to flow along with two TV areas. This is nice for families with children or groups that want a girls and guys night. The balcony holds eight for dinner and more for drinks.

Each season has its unique charm. The summer here is obvious. What we enjoy most about being half way down the lake is that the lake traffic is less. However, if you want the hustle and bustle just take your boat down to the top of the lake and tie it off at Inn by the Lake to have dinner or a drink. You can always just float by the beach and when you get hot jump in to cool off or go water skiing!
There is so much to do you will never want to go home, at least that is what we have found! Bristol Mountain, where you will find wonderful snowboarding, downhill skiing and snow shoeing!

There is nothing like hiking the State parks in the fall. There are so many choices around the Finger Lakes and many of them include grand waterfalls. There are also other adventures to tackle such as the zip line courses or the water park. We have become famous for our wine trails but the cheese and beer trails are also making their mark. If it rains, check out the casino and race track!
