Modern Cozy Beach Oasis - Fully Remolded
Welcome to Starfish, your peaceful getaway in the heart of Madeira Beach.
Since Hurricane Helene brought historic flooding to our town, we’ve been working non-stop to restore and remodel the property — and we’re excited to finally share it with guests again!
You’ll enjoy a clean, cozy, and thoughtfully updated space just steps from the beach. While some finishing touches are still in progress, the inside of the home is beautifully remodeled with bright white tile floors, fresh furnishings, and a laid-back coastal feel.
Please note: the neighborhood is still in recovery, so you may see construction at neighboring homes during your stay. Many local restaurants and coffee shops are back open (though not all), and the beach is quieter than usual — perfect for a peaceful escape.
The right side of the duplex is rented by our family, who spend most of their time out on the water. If you’re interested, we’d be happy to connect you with local boat cruises, fishing trips, or dolphin tours during your stay!

I'm a local that loves sharing our little slice or paradise. Hobbies include going to the beach with my daughter and wife, driving my 1977 vw bus, and scuba diving.
Why they chose this property
Madeira Beach is one of the only 'real Floirda' neighborhoods left in this region. It has a cozy local vibe (currently rebuilding from Hurricane Helene) yet its still close to all the typical tourist attractions.

This home was one of the 1st buildings ever built in the area, constructed 1 year before the town was incorporated in 1947. However you wouldn't know it by looking at it! After Hurricane Helene 2024 brought 5 ft of water, we had to remodel the home and brought modern amenities to the original style.
It's an authentic home in a local area, for those looking for a short walk (2 mins) to the beach.
