We stayed with our 7 & 4yo for a week in Oct, had a great time. We have a Telluride (3 row) so couldn’t fit in the garage, but found a street spot right out front every time. The neighborhood is nice - feels safe and not as touristy - my husband and I each went for morning runs and I also went walking with the kids. The nearby beaches are mostly boulders at high tide, and we had to guard the kids closely with the intense waves at low tide. We mostly drove 0.8 miles with our stuff and parked at Oceanside strand beach for 10/day and had a blast - definitely worth the cost savings on the rental, and in a more homey neighborhood. Dryer was a little finicky but worked well with lighter loads - otherwise everything was clean and worked well! Being on the first floor and not having to worry about tired kids climbing a flight of stairs worked great for such active days. Before we left, we reserved the same place for our next visit!

Great condo close to the beach

I stayed here with my finance and daughter for a long weekend. The condo was in great shape and was very clean. The check in process was a breeze. The only thing that was confusing was the exact location of the garage but once that was sorted out there was no issue. The location of this unit is phenomenal, you’re so close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again.
