Enjoy our spacious eat-in kitchen with large island for sharing family meals and making great memories. Central Air, Cable, Internet, Outdoor Shower. Enclosed Front Porch and Large Deck. Gas Grill and storage for beach gear. Four bedrooms plus pull-out couch comfortably sleeps 12. Walk to Beach, Boardwalk, ice cream and pizza! Bike to Island Beach State Park. Owner Occupied ground floor (Lower Unit or Unit B). Off Street parking for 4 cars. Families only. Use of 8 beach tags for duration of rental included. ABSOLUTELY NO PROM, GRADUATION OR COLLEGE GROUPS. This is a 'FAMILIES ONLY' House!

Also Note, the Lower Unit "Unit B" , the fenced in back yard (including pool) and garage are for the exclusive use of the Homeowners and no rights or privileges are granted to these areas/facilities via this rental agreement.

Family Vacation

What a beautiful home and atmosphere. We felt so comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the enormous kitchen. We comfortably entertained our extended family for dinner and had plenty of room. The ice machine was a pleasant surprise too! Best vacation yet!

Outstanding property Outstanding vacation

We stayed at this property during July of 2020. I have to say, it was one of the most enjoyable vacations I've had at the Jersey shore. My brother and my families stayed here with 10 people. There were a few nights where a friend or 2 of one of our children came down. There was more than enough room for all. With 2 full bathrooms and the outdoor shower, we never had issues waiting for one to open up. The deck off the kitchen was a great addition to the living space and provided nice privacy. Jon, the owner, was great. Very friendly and easy going. We didn't have any problems during our stay, but I got the impression that if we did, he would have been quick to remedy them. I definitely recommend this property.

A great place for a family vacation

We had an amazing week at Jon’s place. Close to the beach, it was a perfect spot for our multigenerational family vacation. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. Many nice spaces to spread out to enjoy tv, a good book, or puzzle. The newly renovated kitchen is a huge space, just right for gathering at mealtimes. Walking distance to Seaside Park shops and restaurants as well as the boardwalk rides and arcades. Highly recommended. We hope to return next summer.

Great family vacation home

Beautiful, clean and spacious house with plenty of room for the entire family. The owners are always available and aim to make your stay enjoyable. The house is located away from the Seaside Heights crowd but still within walking distance. The beach is one block away and Island Beach State Park is a short drive. Simply the best.

The house is amazing and very welcoming! The owner is awesome!

As soon as we stepped thru the door we had a smile on our faces and it never left. The house was comfortable and comforting. The living room was very comfortable. The various sitting area were all setup beautifully. The front porch was awesome. The bedrooms were all perfect with lots of closet space. There were little extra touches of thoughtfulness everywhere. The kitchen is huge and was perfect for us 4 couples to gather and cook together. Plenty of seating everywhere you looked in and out of the house. Plenty of parking too. The owners were not visiting during our stay but they were extremely kind to us. Our vacation was just perfect!

Great family vacation home.

Great home for families. Large enough for everyone. We 4 cihildren with us. Clean, modern and 1 block to the beach. Plenty of parking. The owners welcomed us and were avaiable yo answer any questions. Will be returning next year.

Jon and Carolanne are NJ natives growing up in Central NJ (Montgomery Township). Currently they live in Hopewell, NJ with their three children.

We spend the summers on the ground floor of the house (when not otherwise consumed with the kids' summer activities). You will find us respectful of your privacy and as helpful as you would like us to be.

Why they chose this property

Space, Plenty of space for the extended family to relax and spend quality time together, but not too together! Great outdoor space on the deck. We enjoy all the Jersey Shore has to offer from boating/kayaking on the bay, fishing and crabbing, and the activities on the boardwalk (Huge new miniature golf course opening summer of 2016 in Seaside Heights). Kids especially enjoy Movie Nights on the Beach and weekly fireworks! A nightly walk to Sundae Times for Ice cream tops off the perfect summer day.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location.....Seaside Park is a great family town, and our house is located on a quiet street within walking distance of so many of the activities; Beach, Bay, Boardwalk, Pizza (Nino's), Ice Cream (Sundae Times), Marina, and Surf Taco!
