About this property

Spacious Ocean View Townhome with Elevator, Just Across the Street from the Beach!

Perfect for large gatherings! Lots of space! Quick access to the beach!.

This beautiful townhome boasts three levels, and the elevator makes moving about the three levels a breeze! It is the perfect house for family gatherings, reunions, wedding parties, golf groups, etc. This home accomodates a large group due to the ability of being able to spread out on three levels! For large groups, you need to look no further because this is it!

The beautiful townhome has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

The first two floors make up the sleeping accommodations with a total of five, beautifully decorated bedrooms!

On the first floor, the first bedroom has a queen bed, futon, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds, futon, and walk-in closet. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. This bathroom is located on the ground level and has an oversized door which makes it wheelchair accessible. What a great feature!

A huge bonus for this level is a large wet bar/coffee bar complete with counter space, sink, and a mini refrigerator. There is also ample cabinet space for storage.

The second level of the townhome has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The stacked washer/dryer is located on this level as well.

The master bedroom, third bedroom, has a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. An added feauture of the spacious master suite is an oversized futon. The luxurious en suite bathroom has his/hers vanities, a glass enclosed walk-in shower, and a garden tub. Off of the master bedroom is a small balcony to enjoy the ocean breezes!

The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, futon, and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower.

The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, futon and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a pedestal sink and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a small balcony that overlooks the courtyard.

Having an elevator to get those groceries to the kitchen on the top floor is sheer luxury! You walk out of the elevator into a large, warm and welcoming kitchen. On the top level is a spacious living area, den, powder room, and balcony.

The well appointed kitchen is large and fully equipped. The kitchen features beautiful new stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The breakfast bar provides ample seating for your party to enjoy their morning coffees. There is also a farmhouse style table with benches. Additional seating is available if needed.

The living area is so bright, spacious and enviting! Enjoy relaxing on the two comfortable sofas while watching the large flat screen TV. Step out onto the covered balcony or simply open the door and enjoy cool evening breezes!

An added bonus is a large den/sitting area on the west side of the townhome with two comfortable sofas to relax and watch a movie on the HD flat screen TV. For entertainment there is a foosball table, games, puzzles, etc. Adjacent to the foosball table is a table with stools that is perfect for laptops, puzzles, projects, etc.

The beach is just across the street. The beach access is approximately 200 yards from the house. Beach chairs are available for your use. You will find these in the parking garage. Also, a rolling cart is provided to easily transport your chairs, etc. over to the beach. There is also a gas grill located in the garage, just move it over to the courtyard and start grilling up those burgers!

Just a few steps to your north, is a very popular restaurant/bar. Take a night off from cooking and walk over and enjoy a shrimp dinner or burger on the restaurant's huge deck. There is usually live music nightly, and both kids and adults will enjoy the laid back, fun atmosphere!

There is a two car garage for added security. Parking for one vehicle is allowed in the driveway closest to the garage door.

This is just an amazing house in a great location! The ability to sleep so many family or friends under one roof is hard to find! We know you will fall in love with Amelia Island! And, this wonderful townhome is sure to be a favorite too!

This house is in a great location on Amelia Island. The house was perfect for our family getaway for spring break. From a fully stocked kitchen to 5 bedrooms and an open comfortable area to play games and relax, we enjoyed the blaconies even in the cold weather. Highly recommend this awesome home and the elevator made it so easy to move in and out!

Home is spacious and furnished well with easy access to the beach. The bedding was “smelly” -from whatever detergent was used (I know everyone is not sensitive to that but we were). It seemed to be “uncared for” - dead plant in living area, smelly garbage disposal upon arrival, several light bulbs out. Even though this is the “off season” I expected more. With that said it is a great value and a great location.

My friends and I, a group of eight, really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is beautiful, spacious, and just a short walk to the beach. We loved the kitchen, which was large and had everything we needed. The refrigerator water filter needed to be replaced and did not work, so we bought our own water and ice at the Harris Teeter just five minutes away. There was only one roll of paper towels, so we picked some up well. We especially loved the large dining table, where we sat often, enjoying our meals, playing games, or just chatting. We also loved the upstairs living room and game rooms, where we sat a great deal of time just chatting. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious, and we had enough beds for all eight of us. However, I would not plan to sleep on the futons, they were very thin and weren’t comfortable to sit on, much less sleep on. Also, the elevator makes a loud noise at night about every twenty minutes, which disturbed the guest sleeping in the room next to it. The bathrooms were immaculate and we had plenty of towels, but there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so we bought our own. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and soap/body wash were also not provided. We were disappointed in the condition of the grill, which looked old, unclean, and very worn. Also, the beach chairs are old, rusted and not in the best conditio. However, overall, I would absolutely recommend this property to others and would stay there again.

Perfect for our Friends Reunion

We are 5 couples who used to live near each other, but now have scattered in retirement. We love to get together occasionally and this place was a great way to have a beach trip! Everyone has their own room and the top floor had everything we needed to hang out, dine together and catch up! The elevator was super helpful to get groceries and coolers upstairs. Each room is brightly decorated and well appointed.

Busy family quick get away

Vacation with adult children and spouses/ significant other and toddler and newborn. Wish it was longer but we had the best time. Enjoyed the beach and local restaurants. For us it was a great family town. Have done several Amelia island vacations at different stages. And this vacation didn’t disappoint. The home was perfect. Space for everyone. Had 4 cars but parking 1 on road outside entrance was seriously not an issue.

The house was just as nice as the photos look. Perfect for 4 couples and a friend! Easy walk to the beach. Comfy beds. Spacious seating area. We were traveling in a large van and parking for it was tricky but doable. We’d definitely stay again!
