This was our second stay here. We love the property because it is peaceful and quiet but just a short drive to services in any direction. The unit is pristine and spacious. Kent was extremely responsive and accommodating when we had a couple of last-minute requests. We’ll be back!

Great place to stay and lovely quiet area

The manager was helpful within minutes, house was very clean, perfect for what we were looking for. We did not use anything outdoors but lots of activities and games

This cottage was perfect for an extended weekend stay for my husband and me. The property was pristine and offered privacy while still accessible to amenities nearby. Kent was super responsive to my questions and easy to communicate with. We'll be back!

We were in town for our son’s wedding at Caitlyn Farms. We looked at bigger rentals, further away. We chose this rental due to proximity, the king bed and two queens! The sofa pulls out and they even have a twin mattress stashed under a queen bed. It was just perfect for us. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property as the events were jammed packed. We didn’t have time to check out the kayaks etc. but with the drought the water is low right now anyway. Kent was so responsive when we had a question or issue. We highly recommend this property!!

Perfect place to stay during events at Caitlyn Farms

We were there for the weekend for our son's wedding at Caitlyn Farms. Just three minutes to the venue. Kent was the best host answering all my questions quickly. The house was clean and charming. The rustic decor was so cute. No issues at all. Would stay there again if needed. Highly recommend.
