3. 💡 All lights are off. 4. 🔒 Doors locked and garage closed. 5. 🪟 All windows shut and locked. 6. 🔥 Stove is off. 7. 🚽 Toilets are flushed.
8. 🚰 All faucets are off. 9. 📝 Leave a note in the Welcome book. 10. Have blessed and safe travels. ThankYou
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No illicit drug activities, smoking, or vaping. $350 fine.
Do not light candles—$50 fine. Do not touch wall sconces. Report all damages within 2 hours with pictures, or you will assume liability for damages.
Do not flush excessive amounts of toilet paper, or anything that is not from a bodily function down the toilets. Do not pour grease down the drain.

Great house, safe neighborhood, quality everything!

This was a great jumping off spot for the state-line distillery tours. The property quality was great and the host was responsive and helpful. Five stars!

Cute Home

We enjoyed our stay although it was cut short. The host was very accommodating with issuing a refund for the shortened stay. The home was very nice. We traveled with a one year old and the neighborhood did not seem 100% safe or kid friendly so while my husband was working during the day we did not go outside due to individuals walking up and down the street smoking marijuana. We personally choose to not be around that especially with our infant child. The hosts were very nice. They also had a weird moldy smell in the home that the host mentioned they were working on taking care of.
