Starting Summer

Aesthetically the property is updated and clean. On arrival AC was set to 78, which I can understand for cost saving but the AC took most of the night to cool the down stairs. Upstairs was another story, warm most of the day. It’s May here and anyone that know Texas summers knows it only the beginning of the heat. Come late June - September good luck staying cool. Second story patio is a no go,
