Inside the property, you�ll find a full kitchen and wood fireplace which gets the room toasty warm in no time. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, so you can curl up with a movie, work remotely, or do both simultaneously without worry. The balcony provides panoramic views of the Gore range as a backdrop to the property. The building provides a common laundry area, an elevator, and an assigned spot in the garage so your vehicle stays protected from the elements. Don't believe what you read

Great location 1 block from the bus stop and near several good restaurants. Nice design for a studio. However, description was very misleading. These qas no electric fireplace, cjeckout time was 10, not 11, and the refrigerator did not work. The hot tub also did not work, although it was hot.

Hi Bob, Thank you for your review. We are glad you liked the location and design of the condo but your review is more misleading than our description. First, we have NEVER advertised the condo as having an electric fireplace. Second, for the 18 years I've owned the business every property we manage has had a check out time of 10 am, if you need more time, just ask, we try to be as accommodating as possible. Third, we are waiting on a new fridge to be delivered and have a loaner fridge in the condo. Last, the hot tub is common to the whole building, not this particular condo. It is hot and can be used but the jets are not operational. The HOA has decided they don't want to replace it which is completely out of our control. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals
