Newly built modern family villa. Located with fantastic uninterrupted panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Southern Spain. Rural location. Many kilometers of beautiful scenery. Ideal location for relaxing family break. Villa sleeps 8 easily. 10 minute walk to beach. Lots of other country walks to explore and wild life to see. Relax in the tranquility of your own luxury villa, in this peaceful quiet setting.
35 Minute drive East of Tangier or 10 minutes West of Port Mediterranean. Many kilometers of unspoiled beaches within walking and driving distance. The sea here is fresh clean and clear and offers hours of fun, with waves that can be surfed.
Two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms on ground floor all air conditioned. Large living area to first floor with access to unrivaled picturesque views of the area and the Mediterranean from the first floor terrace or through the panoramic glass doors.
Fully equipped modern kitchen. Space for several cars/vans.

Damage/breakages to be notified before departure - any costs for damages/repairs to be paid by guests.

PICK UP/DROP OFF FROM AIRPORT/PORT/STATION TO THE VILLA CAN BE ARRANGED.

Excellent séjour d'été à Ksar Sghir

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location à Ksar Sghir qui était 100% conforme à l'annonce sur le site. La vue sur mer depuis la terrasse est extraordinaire ! Tous les soir nous avons pu admirer le coucher du soleil . La maison est très spacieuse, avec 4 grandes chambres toutes dotées de literies de qualité et très confortables bien équipée . Nous avons même eu un accès Wifi qui n'était pas prévu au départ .Nous avons été très bien conseillés, tout au long de notre séjour par notre hôte qui nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles sur les environs et sur Tanger . Bravo et merci beaucoup à Aziz . Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour !

Einfach toll!

Das Haus ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, gelegen an einer kleinen, wenn auch nicht gut ausgebauten Straße auf dem Berg. Das Haus ist landestypisch und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Unschlagbar ist der Ausblick auf das Meer, jeden Abend kann man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Haus hat eine Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach, eine gut ausgestattete große Wohnküche im 1. OG mit angeschlossener, überdachter Terrasse. Im Erdgeschoss sind 4 Zimmer und 2 Bäder, alles sauber und mit Klimaanlage. Wir hatten einen großen Hund dabei, der in der Umgebung gut ausgeführt werden konnte. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich, wenn irgendetwas benötigt wird, sofort um alles. Wir waren schlicht begeistert und geben 5 Sterne, weil alles einfach perfekt war!

Der Meeres Blick war Herlich

Das Haus war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles zu finden. Die Terasse war war sehr schön und der sonnen Untergang war ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder😎

Séjour vraiment agréable mais un peu cahotique

La situation est très belle et la maison très spécieuse et bien meublée. Le chemin d’accès est un peu cahotique. L’eau courante se coupe en cas de coupure d’électricité ce qui fut le cas pendant 2 jours (le groupe de pompage du puits ne fonctionne plus) => un peu de camping !!! Si la maison est très spacieuse et conformatble, il manque cependant du matériel de cuisine pour la cuisson pour le nombre de personnes prévu. La région est très belle et les plages proches accueillantes et propres.
