The kitchen is fully stocked with new tableware, glassware, pots and pans. Plus, there's a fitness room available for guests to stay active during their vacation. The property has 24/7 security at entry and the building requires a security code to get to the elevator. HOA requires a 3-month minimum stay and approval of any rentals prior to booking completion. Could not have been happier! We wanted for nothing in this beautiful, clean and welcoming property. Our hosts anticipated all of our needs and were available for any questions we may have had. The location of the property is so convenient to so many surrounding areas, it’s perfect for so many day trips. The bay view from the lanai is just gorgeous and we can’t wait wait to visit again!
