Welcome to The Magnolia. Perfectly nestled between Historic Downtown Wilmington and the serene shores of Wrightsville Beach, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is your quintessential home away from home. Wander or bike through tree-lined avenues where majestic oaks cast enchanting shadows, and gentle breezes carry the sweet fragrance of blooming azaleas. Refresh yourself in the private outdoor shower, serenaded by the whispers of nature, or visit during cooler months to kindle a fire in your own outdoor fire pit.

The Magnolia, a sanctuary of comfort and elegance with three spacious bedrooms, each adorned with king beds and crisp cotton sheets. For our littlest guests, we provide a blow-up twin mattress and a pack 'n play.

Our living and dining area is a haven of relaxation, fully equipped with everything you need, from cooking utensils to cozy blankets perfect for movie nights on our inviting deep couch.

Step outside and bask in the warmth of our outdoor fire pit during cooler months, or savor a meal prepared on the grill. Follow the stone steps around the back to discover the delightful outdoor shower, a refreshing retreat under the open sky.

Other amenities include free parking for up to three cars, an in-unit washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and up to four bikes available upon request. Come and unwind at The Magnolia, where every detail is designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. It was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Dishes, silverware, and other daily items were easy to find.The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The common area is small, but it had everything we needed, and there is an outside area with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. The owners were very responsive. I asked them whether the house had an ironing board, and they dropped one off later that afternoon. Other questions were answered quickly.

Adventuretime

Getaway weekend with friends for adventure and a concert. Centrally located property close to shopping, downtown, and beaches. Bike paths and sidewalks for early morning walks and rides to get coffee and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood. I would highly suggest the bike ride over to container district, good times!
