Excellent for Large Families!

This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment.The beds are arranged in a way to accommodate a large group.The location is the best part of this property. Convenient to I-85, convenient to a wide variety of restaurants, great for AU football weekends, close to all campus life. A huge bonus was a Keurig with Coffee pods available so I woke up to fresh coffee! Also, lots of cooking spices so we could either cook in the home or go out to a restaurant...some within walking distance. Highly recommend the Chinese Restaurant in the strip mall by the entrance & Big Mikes steak house a few miles up Shug Jordan. All bathrooms were stocked with all necessities, including shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Plenty of towels, hand towels, wash cloths and black makeup cloths for a large group. I did suggest adding a hair dryer so maybe check to see if you need to bring one before traveling.This is a second floor property, so people with stair issues just know in advance. Limited comfortable seating (sofa was amazing) for a large group. I suggested some temp bag chairs for future large groups, but we pulled the patio chairs in & put cushions/pillows in the dining chairs to make it work... & it did work. Owner was very quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. & checkout process was super simple and laid back. It's not like a fancy home in a neighborhood, so don't go expecting the Taj Mahal. But it is perfect for normal, average folk who need a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
