Great Condo and Location

We enjoyed our stay! Loved modern condo with great amenities. Good location with Ski in/Ski out to resort. If 60 be prepared to walk stairs to ski hill behind the condo to trail or walk across the street out front to ride bus to base. Both provide convenient access to village. Free bus to town of Winter Park available.

Great ski in ski out.

Location of condo was perfect for ski in ski out. Just have to navigate some stairs up to the mountain. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Plenty of cookware to cook meals. If you don’t have a vehicle, the Lift bus system was convenient to use to get to the grocery store and to base of mountain. Would definitely stay here again!

Magnificent property

Magnificent property, great views from the living area and main bedroom. Second bedroom is functional but does not have the grandeur of the main bedroom. Great bathrooms. It's a walk of about 50 stairs to get onto the slopes - and then you're right on a Green Run ("Corridor") that takes you to the Gondola. Super convenient. The management response time was amazing, the best I've experienced. Highly recommended.

Calling this a ski-in/ski-out lodge is a bit misleading when you have to walk over to a set of 72 steep steps to climb up before skiing a catwalk down to the main village area. This is compared to the neighboring resorts such as Iron Horse Resort which installed a walking bridge and a max of ten steps to the slope. The false advertising doesn’t stop there. The “fitness center” is really just a corner in a hallway and closes at 8 pm. The outdoor grill was rusted and dirty and the fireplace did not work and the area around the hot tub reeked. Additionally the window shades did not work and it took 3 days of back and forth with the service team insisting that the broken manual shades had an automatic switch on the wall. All of this combined makes us regret not booking a much more luxurious hotel/penthouse for the same or cheaper price. Not to mention having to take out our own trash and do the dishes.

Modern and spacious condo with close access to trails

Pros: clean, modern and spacious condo with close access to WP base. Nice bed/bath linens and supportive beds. Interesting and varied book selection with board games available. Place is exactly as pictured. Management was responsive and friendly. Opportunities: guests would benefit from humidifiers, improvement in kitchen supplies (no tongs, no lighter for outdoor grill, limited seasonings and pots/pans) and more hand towels for dish drying. Note: while you can ski in to the condo property and out of the condo property, there is a flight of stairs that has 60 steps to get in and out of the property to the trail. It was not a problem for us but may be for families with young kids or people with endurance concerns.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
