My family stayed in this apartment for a total of 15 months due to the Covid pandemic. We were fortunate that the apartment was great, but more importantly that the owner was quick to answer any of our needs. The location was safe, near restaurants, supermarkets, banks, park.

This is an excellent property and the owner is readily available. It is well located, near taxis, supermarkets, and places to eat. It has anything you may need. The building is secured with a lock lobby. The Navarro area is very safe as well. Our family originally rented the property for 27 days, but now we extended the stay because of the Coronavirus pandemia and we have a lot of help from the owner.

I do not recommend this property. From the first night, the apartment had serious issues that made it unsafe and not functional as advertised. The stove produced continuous electrical noises, indicating a possible electrical hazard, and was never repaired despite notifying the host immediately. There was no hot water upon arrival and this was only fixed several days later. One of the bathrooms had a persistent bad odor that was not resolved during the stay.The apartment was advertised for four guests, but it was not properly equipped. There were not enough plates, no kitchen towels, and the two pots and three pans were in poor and unusable condition. The blender did not work. The sofa bed was unusable, and the only seating available in the entire living area consisted of just two folding chairs, which is not acceptable for a listing meant to accommodate four people. The blankets provided were very thin and insufficient, and I had to bring additional bedding from outside the property. The cleaning items provided were inadequate and unsanitary, including a cut plastic container and no proper place to clean the mop other than the kitchen or bathroom sink.Due to these conditions, two members of my family were forced to leave after only 10 days. My daughter and I were only able to use the apartment to sleep because it was not functional for normal living. Based on my experience, this property did not meet the basic standards expected on VRBO.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location

This apartment offered plenty of space to move around. It was clean and I felt at home. The communication with the owner was excellent. Juan Carlos answered all my questions in a timely manner. He was very accomodating and flexible. The apartment is located on the north side of Bogota. The location was great. As a solo traveler I felt secured. There is 24/7 security and no one I allowed in the building unless you're properly identified.
