Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Empty waste bins. Take trash to garbage cans located in front of garage. Please clean off BBQ and cover

Please lockup all pickleball and sports equipment back in sport box and return key to front door console table. Retrieve used golf balls. Make sure windows and doors are locked. Close all shades

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Loved this house! We had 14 people stay here and we all had our own beds which was so nice. The house was so well designed and decorated. I loved the feel of the space-very open with high ceilings. Lots of bathrooms and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever rented. We loved the hot tub and golf and basketball court. Biggest win was not one kid said they were bored the 4 days we were here. Very entertaining. Lake is a 5 minute drive. Super close. Will be back.

This property is incredible! My family just LOVED staying here with its beautiful view and golf greens! The kitchen and living area allowed everyone to stay involved during the World Cup games! We had 12 people who stayed and the room accommodations were perfect with their beautiful country farmhouse linens. We had 3 trucks and trailer/boats and there was enough space for everyone to park which is something we ALWAYS struggle with for our boating trips! They allowed us to drop off our perishables before checkin so we could boat before our check-in. Thx for a dreamy and worry-free vacation! You will definitely get our 5 star review.

Great Family Getaway Property!

We had a great time staying at this house! Very nice beds, rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. We had plenty of space with our large group and even got to rent out a very nice trailer on the property for even more sleeping options. Fun amenities with the sports court, hot tub, and golfing. The host was available and very amenable to any requests we had. A very nice shared private dock, beach, and playground area by the lake which was 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family reunion house at the lake

This house worked great for our family. The middle section of the house has a large couch with a TV that fit all the kids after a fun day on the beach. It connects with a large dining table and kitchen area. Then you can go out on a nice covered patio with a table and sitting area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of this middle room. The air conditioner kept the house comfortable with many overhead fans to move the air. We enjoyed pickle ball at night under the lights when the temperature was cooler. We tried the golf, but due to our poor golf skills decided it wasn't worth the stickers in our socks to find our lost balls.Lots of room for parking multiple vehicles. We would rent this house again.

This is second year we have rented this lake house for a family reunion. They have improved the house with more grass and a fire pit. The grandkids loved the hot tub. We had an issue with a smoke alarm and the owner was quick to respond. This house is close to yuba and though it was cold we still enjoyed our stay.

We brought our family of 15 to explore Utah and this house was perfect to house everyone! The owners were quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. The young adults loved the basketball and pickleball court and the adults loved the outdoor seating area. The house is remote which was great because we could have music and talk outside without having to worry about bothering neighbors. So overall, great experience.
