** ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES**
-All guests have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.

- Renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Be respectful of the property and neighbors.

- No large parties or events. You agree to ask in advance PRIOR to having extra guests not a part of the original amount requested. Again, the person who booked our home is responsible for ALL guests knowing the house rules. Having additional guests may incur an extra charge for cleanup.

- We keep a detailed list of all items in our home and check after each guest so any Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges.

- We have a septic tank. Please do not put wipes, feminine products or contraceptive in the toilet. This can be a very expensive repair.

- We do not allow pets at this time.

Pool / Hot Tub
- No glass near or around the pool or hot tub.
- Children under the age of 10 need to be accompanied by an adult for either the pool or hot tub use
- Food is not allowed in either of the pool or hot tub. If the hot tub has to be drained cleaned and refilled due to food entering the system a $150 fee will be assessed.

- Do NOT touch the pool equipment or any of its electrical screens. This includes main pump board or the heater pump board. You agree if anything changes due to your actions (or any of your guests) you will be charged a $50 fee for each day the equipment is affected.

- Quiet hours between 10PM-8am (per Santa Rosa County)

- No illegal activities or weapons allowed on premises.

- No smoking of any kind. No vapes, no cigarettes, no pipes, no cigars in the house, in the front of the house OR in the pool and hot tub area.

- Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture.

- Only children 6 and up are allowed on the top bunk bed and the weight limit is 200Lbs.

- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. Damage outside of normal wear and tear may be the responsibility of the guest.

- If the house is damaged or dirty or in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave their home, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Hosts are so nice and easy to communicate with. Location is great, short drive to beach, quiet neighborhood. House is clean. Master bed is comfy. Shower and master suite is accessible. Garage game room was a nice addition and even as adults (without kids) on this trip, we had fun trying all the games out on the chilly night. Will be back.

Our vacation was great and the home was beautiful. Our kids loved the game room, the pool, and the hot tub. We had everything we needed and the hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall it was a fantastic experience for our family. Our only wish is that it didn’t rain as much as it did, but stuff happens. I’d recommend this property to anyone. Thank you all for the memories.

We enjoyed the house it was nice and cozy and beautiful overall. You have everything you need. The Jacuzzi was nice as well but a bit small. The area is nice and traffic free and restaurants are ok. For better restaurants the drive is further out. The towels provided for the pool are not really beach towels because they are too thin to use and do not absorb water well. Also, one thing i didn’t quite like is that we had to take all the bed sheets off the bed and place them to be washed. I thing that should be part of the cleaning fee and not our responsibility. Other then that the place is good. Thank you!

Amazing Location & Well Appointed

Awesome Stay! 5 star. This is an awesome comfy house for a visit to Pensacola. The host was extremely accommodating and the house was nicely appointed. Backyard is bordered by woods for a lot of privacy in the pool, hot tub, or by the fire pit. Plenty of room to spread out and entertain your group on a rainy day. Location allowed us to be on the beach in 10m and grocery store in 5!

A perfect family get away!

We were delighted with this property, absolutely perfect for the whole family! The pool was clean and heated, with both a shallow and deep end. Hot tub worked well. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was always quick to respond to questions and very accomdating to our requests. Game room was a blast for our 7-year old boy. We never had to turn on a TV or device; everyone was well entertained. It is a 10-minute drive from the beach, but well worth it.

This is an amazing house with wonderful hosts. The neighborhood is quiet & the house is secure. We had an amazing time & were sad to leave. The kitchen & bathrooms have everything you might need. The beds are comfy and the whole house is clean and new.
