This house is perfect in every way. Very clean, really amazing backyard and back porch. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept. The host is excellent in every way.

We had five in our group (one toddler) and the space was great with three bedrooms. The house is furnished sufficiently (not too crowded) and kitchen had what we needed. Having the pool was great along with the covered area and the screened in room. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect place to come back to after spending the day in Tampa and Clearwater. Very great to chill, watch TV, and play games. Would definitely come back again!

Pool was dirty I had to buy a vacuum to clean the pool,the AC filters looked like they haven’t been changed in a year my kids have asthma and started having problems I had to take out the filters myself and buy new ones the furniture is disgusting staind and nasty and underneath the cushions was dirt food wasn’t a great look I spent an extra 350 dollars on pool ac supplies and cleaning supplies to get things cleaned horrible house

Cozy Family Home Away From Home

The house was very clean and welcoming and all the amenities were there. The pool was amazing and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. It truly was like a home away from home!! We would definitely book again

Nice clean house with comfortable beds. For me personally, I wished the pool was heated and that there was a hand rail to hold on to for getting in and out of pool. Good location (within an hours ride) for beaches, shopping, attractions and Tampa airport.The hosts were very attentative to our needs and easy to communicate with.

If you read through all of the previous comments, all of them still hold true- location is good. Communication with the host was intermittent and delayed at times. Furniture still needs attention. Pool does have a Hayward heater, however it needs attention. Overall it felt like the owners just need to care more- improve communication, fix broken items, ensure all remotes are present, leave a note about where to find items and when the pool cleaner and garbage truck comes.
Floating shelves in master bath are still leaning down and are loose.
Concrete around pool area
Pool man came on Wednesday - would’ve been nice to know. Pool had leaves in it upon check in.
This remote hanger for the lights is upside down.

The place is exactly how it looks in the photos! Very nice and clean. They were very responsive and reassuring. Well decorated and pool/patio area was awesome. Very peaceful stay. Would love to stay here again when I come back.

At first the house seemed great. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The trundle and sofa beds were dirty and had dead bugs in them. We wanted to use the pool and hot tub but the heater didn’t work. The hosts were unresponsive after initial check in. Very disappointed overall.

Front of the outside was not presentable, dead plants dead flowers grass not mowed Tub with shower was not cleaned had pubic hair in the tub. If you have to give your child a bath the tub is not set up for it. Both showers no water pressure Very dusty like noone had been there for awhile was told it was cleaned and sanitized. Washer smelled very bad Furniture old and mildew Pool lights didn't workGrill wasn't cleaned out Both screen doors broke Table cloth had dry old food on it. Was charge 150. For a cleaning fee when they didn't clean and I had to clean the house and showers before we could sit and use. I would like to get my cleaning fee of 150.00 back.

The place had everything you needed. Great value. Our family of 5 stayed and we were very comfortable. Beds were fairly comfortable. All smart tvs. Could have used more towels. The bathrooms need more hooks for hanging damp towels. There was a blanket in the closet that stunk so bad ( almost as if a guest brought it to the beach and it never got washed) I washed it right away. The detergent tray of the wash machine really needs cleaning. A few shelves above the master toilet were almost falling off the wall. It was great that there were a lot of pool toys, but wish the pool would have been heated. All in all a great stay and a good value.

The Host was easy to deal with and very kind and cordial! Check in was easy. When filtering during my search this presented as a private heated pool, and it wasn’t… the heater had a 1F erro and the host responded the property is not a heated pool. The master shower hot water was hit or miss every shower. Could have used more bath towels. There weren’t any kitchen towels, nor hand towels for the bathrooms.
