Beautiful location

This was our 2nd stay at this bayfront boardwalk condo. Its location is perfect for views of the Chesapeake Bay and access to the beach. The condo is roomy and comfortable and we enjoy sitting on the balcony to enjoy the breezes, people watch, and watch the ospreys, herons, ducks, and seagulls. Lots of good eating in the area., too..

We had a great stay at North Beach. Quiet and relaxing which is what we were looking for. Jen and Mike were great hosts. Communication was excellent. We will be back again soon.

The only problem we had was that the listing says there are 8 beach passes and there is currently only 2. When we tried to contact the host and/or company they said they were working on it. We never heard back again and had to pay the beach pass fee of 25.00 for 3 days. Also, there is one dining room chair that has a broken leg on it.

Fantastic Vacation with a wonderful view

Everything was perfect. Wondeful views , particularly the sunrise and pre dawn, Plenitude or vibrant colors at dawn and sunrise. Very convenient on the boardwalk. Well maintained unit with all supplies stocked. Will return again for a nice quiet time. very close to DC Metro.

Perfect Location in North Beach

Our family had a great stay at this very comfortable apartment. First of all, the location cannot be beat. With views of the water and being within walking distance of most everything in North Beach, the location really is perfect. We parked our car and walked everywhere, and we all loved the balcony. We also found the apartment to be well equipped for our needs. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed and also k-cups for the Keurig. That was an absolute life saver for a coffee fiend. There were also plenty of towels and the comfy beds allowed for very restful nights.We really enjoyed our stay. We'd recommend this place and hope we can return again soon.

It’s all about the view

This was our 5th trip to North Beach and our 4th time at a condo in Southwinds, and we have never been disappointed. Jenn and Mike, our hosts this time, provided all the information we needed to feel comfortable in their home. We found it exactly as pictured. NB has 5 good restaurants within walking distance and at least 2 more within a 5 minute drive. The boardwalk is great for walking at anytime of day. The new library is a jewel with special sections for all ages and a “makers” room. Teens have a dedicated gaming area. We are now planning our 6th visit!

The place was exceptionally clean and well-organized. I initially had some difficulty locating it, but the available photos helped me find the condo. The host was very accommodating, and the parking options were excellent. Even though the balcony was small, it was a favorite spot for our family.
