Nice with some minor issues we dealt with

Listing was very accurate. Accommodations fit our needs. Shower tile had some water damage. No floor mat in bathroom makes things slippery for getting out of shower. Did not find a dish towel in kitchen. Couch had no legs so is resting on the floor and is very low to the ground. Exterior of property could use some trash pick up now that snow is melted.

Not as expected

The home was not as expected. The home had an old smell… the carpet was filthy, hole in the wall, stains on the sheets, smoke detector laying on a shelf and dishes were grimy. In order to stay we had to go to the store and buy sheets, blankets, pillows, plastic wear and shower shoes. Very disappointing. Outside the front was a broken vacuum cleaner in a garbage bag and out back someone threw out a run in the porch. Very disappointed!

Good location but lacking a few essentials

This apartment was very spacious for two people, and it is a convenient location for going to downtown if you have a car. The owner was communicative and check in and out was easy. We were provided with towels, but no extras. There was also no bath mat, which made it difficult to get out of the shower, as the floor was slippery. There were also no extra blankets, despite only being provided with sheets and one very thin throw blanket. Despite the mostly fully-supplied kitchen, there was no oven mitt. One of the TV remotes had no batteries in it.A couple things were broken or in poor condition; there was a hole in the wall above the couch, the coffee table seemed very old and nearly collapsed when we tried to move it over a half inch. There were two burnt-out lightbulbs in the unit. The shower curtain rod appears to have been installed upside down. The fridge had been pulled forward by a foot before we arrived, revealing the a lot of dirt on the floor underneath it, and the microwave did not appear to have been cleaned between renters. We selected this unit because it was the most affordable one we could find, so in a sense I suppose we got what we paid for. If only a couple of these issues had been present it certainly would be understandable and hardly worth mentioning, but there were enough problems that we ended up slightly disappointed.
