Great Neighborhood and condo!

we loved staying here- there is no pool but we spent our time across the street at the beach and sipping mimosas at the beach bar at the Palm. The second living room gave us lots of room to hang outHighly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

I stayed here with a group of girls for a Bachelorette Party and it was amazing! All of us slept so comfortably and the house was able to accommodate up to 11 people. Marla was a great landlord and was easily accessible when we needed her. The location is slightly north of the heart of south beach but it was a cheap <5 min Uber ride to central south beach and a hop, skip, and jump away from the beach. I have no complaints other than the very mild moldy smell that the building carried. The condo was very clean and there was all the appliances we needed and even toiletries. She even had beach supplies! I would absolutely rent from Marla again as she is very responsive and helpful.
