Cottonwood Canyon Farm features 2 fully remodeled luxurious & comfortable homes on a lusciously landscaped Farm Estate with a heated seasonal swimming pool, fire pit, & outdoor dining (both homes rented together). Plenty of room for up to 16 guests to enjoy a harmonious blend of outdoor & indoor living. This is a treasured family property meant to be enjoyed responsibly by respectable guests.

The property is located in a beautiful rural, country setting and part of active 250 acre active farm. Guests can enjoy frequent wildlife sightings including: Deer, wild turkeys, birds and owls!

Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Walla Walla, and 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries.

We provide high-end bed linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover towels and wipes.

Guests have full access to amenities on the property.

Guests provided with electronic key code the day of check-in to enter each home upon arrival.

Wow, this property is simply incredible! The pictures don’t even begin to capture how special it is. Every detail has been meticulously planned, and nothing has been overlooked. The furniture, linens, and beds are all of high quality. I’ve never seen a more thoughtfully designed kitchen, equipped with everything you need.Despite being in the countryside, we were still conveniently close to downtown. The two closest wineries, Dusted Valley and Everen, were fantastic.Check-in was incredibly easy and well-communicated by Tracy. We didn’t have much to do to prepare the house for our departure, and Tracy was again very helpful in guiding us through the process.This is without a doubt the nicest place I’ve ever rented, and I genuinely didn’t want to leave. We’re already planning a return in the warmer months to enjoy the pool.Thank you for remembering it was my birthday! It was a nice touch being welcomed by balloons.

The property was fantastic! Everything was clean and comfortable. They could have skimped on some details, but they did not.
