Emerald Haven - NEW! Lakefront, Pool, Golf Cart

Everything you need for the most perfect getaway is here in this custom 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home that sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom has a cozy king size bed with a beautiful and expansive view of the lake through wall to wall windows, an ensuite bath, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has (2) twin size beds, a flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. There is also a sleeper sofa in the family room that will sleep (2), comfortably. High quality, luxurious linens are provided for all of the beds, including the sofabed, and will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The laundry room, complete with a stacked washer and dryer are also upstairs for your convenience.

Emerald Haven has a large, open floor plan to allow for conversation with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the large screen televisions, birdwatch out the back patio or watch the sunset over the lake. The villa is renovated with brand new flooring, tasteful beach decor and a cozy atmosphere. The eat-in kitchen features a cooktop, large island, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker and stainless-steel appliances. Just bring the food and coffee!

The outside areas around Emerald Haven are stunning. You enter the property by way of a private courtyard with a sitting area to enjoy. The rear is a paved brick patio that overlooks Horseshoe Lake. It is a peaceful and serene way to start each day with a cup of coffee overlooking the lake. On the back patio you can relax, enjoy a drink, and cook outdoors on your very own grill. Make sure that you bring your fishing rods for some fishing in the catch and release Horseshoe Lake.

Pleasant and peaceful

We had such an amazing stay, not far at all from the beach and wonderful joy rides with the Golf cart is super convenient for the stay a lot to do within the area and fun activities to do less than a few miles up the road. Overall we had a wonderful stay the water and the beach was beautiful!

Clean, nicely furnished and great location!!!

We loved the location of the home where we could sit out on back patio and relax while children fished and played around the pond. Home is beautifully furnished and clean. The heated pool was just a golf cart ride away which was also super fun for us all. Dinner by the pool is always nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome. We had a restful getaway there, with its roomy, comfortable living and dining area, a well-stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and updated baths. The peaceful lake view, nearby pool, golf cart, and beach gear were an added bonus. The resort is conveniently located to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, and area venues, yet quiet and family friendly. Our hosts made us feel right at home. They responded quickly to our questions, and graciously took care of housekeeping details. We highly recommend booking this pretty place with these super hosts!

LOVE Emerald Haven

Definitely a Haven I never want to leave. I think this is my 5th visit. There is always work at home to think of and do. And it is always so nice to get away and not have to worry about anything; especially at The Emerald Haven. The view out the backdoor is not the beach, but nonetheless it is beautiful. We saw ladies fishing this last time and catch a large fish of some kind. A golf cart included is just an added perk that we love! SanDestin is definitely a favorite of mine. And anytime I can stay at Christy's place, I will! Nothing lacking and the owners are so great to work with! Thank you Christy! I cannot wait to visit again.

We are a Georgia family of 5 who were looking for a place to make lifelong memories with our family. We have traveled to MANY different Florida beaches and upon our first trip to Sandestin we fell in love. We enjoy the outdoor living, bike riding, incredible restaurants, sugary beaches and family-friendly atmosphere. Our children range in age from 1 to 9 years old and there's experiences in Sandestin for all of them to enjoy!

In 2023, we bought this home in Beachwalk that has quickly become one of our favorite places in the world. We love to walk across the street to eat, shop at Market Street, take in the MANY activities and nightly performances at Baytowne Wharf, take golf cart rides to breakfast and read/play on the beach. The restaurants are fabulous and full of so many options and destinations like Crab Island are just a shot drive away. It is truly the best of all worlds!
