Welcome to Blue Dolphin! A newly-built home in a new beach community with an amazing, large, resort style, zero entry community pool and super fun putting green! Nestled in central Orange Beach, this community sits on a natural and protected marsh. Look for Egrets, Blue Herons, and other wildlife! Let someone else do the cooking? No problem, you can walk to Doc's Seafood, home of the “Best Shrimp In The Civilized World", or The Ruby Slipper for fantastic Bloody Mary's and brunch! Or, for more fun, try the Beachside Mini Golf Course! Ready to hit the beach? Beach access is located just across the street at Romar Beach access, one of the best accesses in OBA!

This fantastic, 2-story beach home has all the comforts of home, with all brands new furniture and decor, for your family to enjoy a wonderful vacation! On the main level, you will find the Primary Ensuite, Living Area with a Sleeper Sofa for extra sleeping and a large Smart TV, a Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dining Area, Laundry Room with a Full-Size Washer and Dryer, and a Half Bath for convenience. The Primary Bedroom hosts a King Size Bed, a small sofa that folds out to a Twin Bed, a large Smart TV, and a private Full Bath with a separate shower and garden tub. Head on upstairs and you will find Guest Bedroom #1 equipped with a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed, a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a pull-out Twin, a large Smart TV, and an attached Full Bath with a shower/ tub combo. Just across the landing is Guest Bedroom #2 that entails a Queen Size Bed, large Smart TV, and attached Full Bath with a shower/ tub combo. That is enough sleeping arrangements for up to 13!! The back patio is great to hang out with the family, play some challenging Corn Hole while grilling on the provided Charcoal Grill.

**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys that they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. These items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up beach chairs and umbrellas at most beach access points for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one, and an attendant will be with you shortly.

**Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions of what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**TVs are streaming only. No cable. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts. **

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.
