Georgeous appartment, secure and friendly for foreigners
Lovely apartment, very nice and elegant. The building is 2 years old, and the neighbors are mostly from USA.
The building is in a unique location, it is right in front of a park and a river. The view is amazing and the neighborhood is very calm (no parties or noise). It comes with 2 parking spaces included in the price.
We are 15 minute walk from downtown (Parque Abdon Calderon). And we are in the corner of a main avenue (Av Americas), where you can easily grab a taxi or bus.
Please keep in mind that pricing depends on time of the year and also number of guests staying in the unit.
