Why they chose this property
I lived here for 20 years and raised two kids in this home. We’ve loved cruising the Ralston Creek Trail, romping at the Apex Rec Center, and waving at horses as they stroll by. The neighbors are friendly, the vibes are easy, and the backyard is made for one good time after another.
Plus, we're just 20 minutes from even more fun — Denver, Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks, the Rocky Mountains.
