Boa opção para grupos grandes.

No geral a casa é muito agradável e confortável. Os quartos têm tamanhos bons, ar condicionado novo e colchão box. As roupas de cama e toalhas fornecidas são de boa qualidade. A área de estar, varandas e área da churrasqueira são bem mobiliadas. A piscina é enorme e foi mantida sempre muito limpa pelo caseiro. A casa é perto de tudo: praia, restaurantes, mercado. Só não dei nota máxima por causa da cozinha- precisa de uma renovação, especialmente a coifa do fogão, e de um melhor planejamento dos utensílios. Os móveis dos quartos também estão um pouco gastos, mas nada que atrapalhe o conforto. Sentimos também falta de uma máquina de lavar roupas e de um tanque, pois em dez dias na praia é difícil não querermos lavar alguma peça de roupa. Mas a equipe indicada pelo Mario foi nota dez. Nossos dias nessa casa foram maravilhosos. Certamente voltaríamos e indico a Casa Niquim.

A casa estava tudo em excelente estado. Piscina limpa, quartos limpos. Nada a reclamar. Os donos são bastante atenciosos e o caseiro está sempre a disposição para qualquer necessidade. Casa bem central e bem próxima a melhor parte da praia de barra de são miguel. Próximo a mercadinho e padaria.

Boa tarde, primeiramente gostaria de agradecer ao Mário e ao Rafael por toda atenção, educação, para conosco. A casa é simplesmente um sonho, tudo perfeito, os quartos ótimos, banheiros em ótimos estado, área de lazer sensacional, a cozinha estava impecável nos esperando, Inclusive com utensílios domesticos novos, Como sanduicheira etc... Além de tudo isso fomos recebidos com um mimo delicioso, uma torta linda de morango já estava nos esperando na geladeira. Não podendo esquecer de seu Nunes, um ótimo homem, o caseiro da casa, nos deu total assistência. Obrigada por tudo, e jaja estaremos de volta. Indico a todos que precisam de um lugar lindo. NAO GOSTEI DA CASA

Passei a semana santa nesta casa, casa não entregue limpa, geladeira e freezer todos com ferrugem dentro e suja a TV não prestava, banheiros com vazamento ,os guardas roupas com mofo , não recomendo esta casa
