Boasting three spacious bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a dedicated office and parking spot. Best part - walk anywhere!

This stunning property boasts contemporary design, with high-end finishes and top-of-the-line appliances. The main floor open-concept living space is perfect for entertaining, with a spacious living room, gourmet kitchen, and dining nook that opens up to a beautiful outdoor patio.

The master suite is on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, spa-like bathroom, and views of the pool and surrounding landscape. The additional two upstairs bedrooms are equally spacious and comfortable with ensuite bathroom and plenty of closet space and room for guests. Outside, you'll find a beautifully landscaped yard, pool, bbq, and outdoor table perfect for enjoying the sunny East Hampton weather. With its prime location just steps from luxury shopping, celebrity spotting and fine dining, this home is the ultimate East Hampton getaway.

Overall our elegantly decorated, light-filled home offers spaces to be together or find your privacy.

Drive, walk, bike or take the free shuttle to & from Main Beach. The shuttle picks up near the house - ask me for the ap. We have beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Bike rentals available at Khan Sports.
Don't want to take the train or bus out, no worries as you'll have two dedicated parking spaces.

Fast (300mb) wifi and Sonos music throughout the house!

Guests will have access to the whole house other than a locked closet for our private belongings and basement utility area marked "maintenance access only."

Our housekeeper is available for weekly service during your stay (at guests' expense). Please let us know about yourself & your group when you contact us - we are looking for families with a responsible adult (35+) in charge.

East Hampton Village is a gem and our home is in the middle of it! It's quiet, elegant, and just perfect for a place to get away and relax. There are great boutiques (for men & women), beautiful beaches, great dining & even two grocery stores, a Starbucks, a movie theater - all just minutes by foot from our home.

Our home is just 0.4 miles (9 minute walk) from EH train station (LIRR) and 0.3 miles (6 minute walk) from Hampton Jitney bus stop.

pool open: mid to end May until mid to late September. Maintained professionally on Fridays. We can heat to approx 89 degrees for a slight extra charge. It's not a hot tub:)

Our house is in the middle of East Hampton Village, so there is slightly more noise than if you were in the woods. But not much. Ambient noise level outside is barely 40db 95% of the time.

Exceptional East Hampton Retreat

Our recent stay at this VRBO property in East Hampton was absolutely delightful. The home itself was stunning, beautifully maintained, and provided an exceptionally comfortable and stylish environment. The location is phenomenal, situated literally steps away from a variety of restaurants, cozy coffee shops, grocery stores, and high-end shopping options. This made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The attention to detail in the home was evident in every corner, and the host's responsiveness was top-notch, making our experience smooth and hassle-free. If you are planning to stay with multiple couples who have cars, parking might present a bit of a challenge, but as the host indicates you really do not need a car. Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in East Hampton!

Fabulous Stay in East Hampton despite the weather

This property is wonderful. There is plenty of room for the entire family. Unfortunately, we did have very cold weather so we could not enjoy the outside but that was not anyone's fault but Mother Nature! The property is located in great place where you can walk to several shops and restaurants. The home is very clean and has everything imaginable in the kitchen to cook with if you choose to cook. The owner was very accessible for any questions we had. I would like to stay in the summer to enjoy the pool sometime. The ONLY thing I would mention, is that they have lots of fabulous TV's but no DVD player or at least we could not find one. I also think for technically challenged guests, it may be a good idea to leave an instruction manual about how to use the TV's.

Everything was perfect!!!!

There's not one thing I can say about this home I didn't like. Location was perfect, right in town. We loved spending time in the backyard pool, gardens are outstanding. House was beyond great everything you could possibly won't. Homeowners are easy to work with and have thought of everything to make your stay amazing. It's definitely a place we will be looking forward to staying in the future!!!!

My husband & I both love to travel. We have seen a lot of the world together and have dragged our two children (no longer children) with us since they were babies. We have both lived in Europe. My mother is German, so I have family in Bavaria. I went to high school in Germany & Italy. My husband studied in Germany and speaks fluent German. I used to work in advertising, but now I'm working in real estate. We love Austin as it is an easy place to live, has an educated community, great food options, shopping, is health conscious and the weather is great except it can be HOT in the summer! We also like to ski! We hope either our apartment in Austin or our home in East Hampton will help you relax!
