Hi Darren, it's really sad to see what you have posted about our property. We have tried to accommodate you as much as possible and still we got such rating. We are located in 17th Ave which is already mentioned on the title. These kind of false rating really hurt our business.

The place is a bump. We were supposed to stay 6 nights and only stayed 1 night...went and got a hotel room. Place is old and smells bad. Closet door was off it's hinges, bed was terrible, old and run down. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Good location, needs work

Good location in terms of being close to nightlife, worked okay for stampede but quite a few unhoused people in this area. In terms of cleanliness/upkeep, we were not super impressed with the apartment. The entire place smelt sort of musty/ damp, the numbers were falling off the door, the closet door and curtain rods kept falling off on their own, and the shower curtain looked dirty among other things. Also could not lock the windows. Based on the pictures, we expected a more modern/ new place, especially for the amount we paid, but that was not the case. We did appreciate that the host would respond pretty quickly to messages, but we wouldn’t stay again.
