Le Mars is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. The bedrooms offer a king bed and four twin beds, ensuring a perfect night's sleep for all guests. Additional sleeping space in the living room are the couch and a fold-down armchair. Upstairs you will find a pack-n-play, changing table, and high chair. With WiFi, an arcade game room, and a cute upstairs reading nook, your enjoyment is guaranteed. If exercise relaxes you, please enjoy the treadmill, hand weights, and yoga mat in the large game room closet. The bathroom comes equipped with shower and bathtub for any little ones. The TVs are ready to go with streaming apps. The house is old and the stairs are more steep than modern builds; we don't recommend the second floor for those with any mobility or balance issues. We were thoroughly impressed with this home. The upstairs is set up so nice for kids to relax and sleep. Kids and adults loved the game room. This house is so cute and decorated with so many fun items.We will definitely be staying again when we come to visit family.

Shared house with cousins, for family reunion.
We weren’t here at the house much but kids enjoyed playing video games before we left in the morning and when we got home that evening. Host left a nice goodie basket of snacks on counter which was appreciated!

I couldn't honestly say that it was the cleanest place we've ever been to, but it was definitely very tidy and organized. There was one issue! There was only one trash bag for the whole week. However, we were able to improvise and it was ok! The location was great, but we weren't very picky about where it was! The places we've stayed at in the past were somewhat nicer, but based on your advertising I'd say that we had everything that we expected! If I were not a Christian I might have been more inclined to be negative, but I've seen too many negative reviews and I simply refuse to to be even close to that. Any information about any issues is simply my way of informing you about them and in no way implicates or faults you! If the ratings seem less than ideal, it's merely because I have to be totally honest about it, but please understand that we had a very great time at your place and perhaps I might have misunderstood some of the statements! It makes things much happier and encouraging for the owners if people remember that they're just as human as anyone else and can make mistakes just as easily as the next person! It's practically impossible to please everyone and make everything to their standards, so I must say Thank You for the use of your place and may God bless you and your family! Matthew 22:39 ..." thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself!
